I came here during my lunch break one day and it was ok. I had the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken and the tiramisu for dessert. The Caesar Salad was standard and was ok, however the grilled chicken added to the order was dry and flavorless.The tiramasu was overly sweet. It tasted as if the inner layers weren't soaked in espresso or coffee and the espresso / bitter taste to cut the sweetness only came from the powder. If you like overly sweet tiramisu, this is for you.The service was slow and uninterested and not really helpful in explaining or describing the lunch specials.

My pizza was extremely cold! When I went to pick up my take out order (15 minutes later) they forgot I ordered the pizza & said it wasn't there, but then they remembered & gave me this cold pizza. Poor service ruined my experience and pizza quality.

First time here and must say this will not be my last time here! Service was great and food was so fresh and delicious!! Not one bit of disappointment! Dessert of the tiramisu OMG was so good! Worth the price of all the food!

Ehhh you're not missing out by not coming here, the food isn't bad but for a cheaper price you could eat the same across the street at Olive garden.Our server was very kind so in my eyes she was 5 star quality :)

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday . Food is fresh! We had the calamari for appetizer - it was crispy and tender- one of the best we've had. The staff was very attentive. The pasta was made fresh and delicious. I had caprese panini with chicken and it was so fresh and flavorful. Beautiful ambience -not modern- more rustic aesthetic. It's one of the best Italian restaurants in the area! Great small business to support! Will return soon !

The prior restaurant that had the building before was my favorite in the area so i thought i would give Crispina a try. The service was great and the menu looked good. I chose a pasta dish, but the noodles were very chewy, maybe over boiled and I just could not enjoy it. The bread was very hard to bite into and chew as well so i gave up on that. I felt like it was a waste of money. I have no desire to go back.

We've been to Crispina several times before. It's one of our favorite "dining outside" places (even though their patio overlooks the parking lot, lol). We went most recently for Valentine's dinner, mainly because my wife and I had forgotten to make reservations until the last minute. Crispina was the only place I could find to take a reservation.It was amazing.I had a simple glass of red wine, and my wife had a mixed drink, which she said was terrific.For food, I had a delicious lentil soup to start. My wife, son, and I all had pasta entrees, and we split two slices of cheesecake for dessert. All excellent. Our server, Merilee, was attentive and charming and gave excellent recommendations.As much as we like Crispina, they outdid themselves with our Valentine's dinner experience. We'll happily return the next time we're in the mood for a wonderful Italian dinner.

Another good restaurant heading downhill. when we started going about a year ago, there were some regular servers who'd been there long-term. they have all left. one thing we noticed wondered is why the manager asked us if we had a reservation every time we walked in to a nearly empty restaurant every time. then, when we didn't, he would make us wait to be seated for 10 minutes. when we finally started making reservations on open table, we were sat immediately (always still a nearly empty restaurant) and then our reservations were canceled by Crispina on open door. staff said they were instructed to cancel all open door reservations once we arrived. I'm not sure if this was too avoid some payment or points from open door. we have not seen that manager for awhile but were told by staff the only restaurant he had managed before was a Burger King. most recently, we went back and were really looking forward to their amazing sour dough bread...which they have apparently replaced with a cheap focaccia style bread that was sliced in half and the bottom was solid as a rock. the bread was a disappointment and a good reason for us not to go back. when restaurants change the good to save money but raise prices anyway...it's not worth going to anymore. service isn't the best but likely because they are always training new staff now. dinner was just ok this time so i think there are some other food quality changes going on, as well.

Food was delicious!!! Ambiance is great! Service, not so much. Couldn't get a glass of wine because "it's expensive and we can't open it for one glass". They have a gadget that pulls the wine out without opening the bottle, it was broken. Had to ask for bread. Had to ask to get our server to take our order. We were the only customers.
