Crepella Crepes Café

I wanted to come back and correct this review, because I have since given this place a second try and had an amazing experience! The store was clean (without a smell of sewer), the hours were more reasonable, and the customer service was so amazing! The young girl working the place was the only one there and she was working over time to take orders/make the food/bring the food out to seated customers. And she was so sweet doing it! She said she works there majority of the business hours so perhaps they removed the previous lady I had experienced before.I ordered the strawberry/banana/nutella crepe and it was warm, sweet without being too much, and SO good! The price wasn't bad for how huge it is, and the fruit is cut fresh so I would definitely say it was worth it! Overall I recommend this place now, and I think it deserves more recognition. I'm not sure if it's new owners or what but it just seemed like it was redone well.

My family and I purchased a Groupon to try their delicious desserts. Once we entered, we noticed a beautiful Decour, and was greeted right away with friendly service. We explain to the cashier of our Groupon special, and another young lady helped her out to redeem our offer. There was no wait time, and only had to waited about five minutes or so for them to make a fresh desserts for dine in made to order. We all shared the Belgian waffle dessert and enjoyed them very much. My only suggestion would be to add an extra scoop of ice cream. If you would like to try their delicious desserts purchase a Groupon ahead of time and enjoy, we will definitely be back again

Came on a Sunday. Super understaffed, Only 3 people working. Had to order off your phone. Even after ordering, took about an hour to get our food. Eggs aren't even fresh. They're just powdered rehydrated eggs.Wouldn't come back. Obviously a small mom and pop shop who probably like to cook but are obviously struggling to run a business.

The inside itself was super cute and friendly and the person that brought us our coffees was really nice. The one downside was the wait. The estimated time for our crepes was 30 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, listening for our names to be called. We waited an extra 10(about 40 minutes of waiting total) before walking up and asking if our order was ready. We had ordered two strawberry banana and Nutella crepes, one with extra caramel, one with extra cream cheese to go. Supposedly they had been sitting on the counter for some time, in a spot that seemed as though you were supposed to wait for them to hand it to you(which is pretty normal, to make sure you're getting the right order and all) but they hadn't called out our names and they didn't tell us they were out of cream cheese(Which was extra. The caramel is extra too). They offered us a substitute but we declined. My main issue was how long they had been sitting and why they didn't tell us sooner they were out of cream cheese. As we were waiting for our coffees, my caramel latte came out first. The person who handed me the coffee told my spouse that the hazel nut latte is sugar free and asked if that was okay. They said that was fine(very nice of them to approach us, thank you for asking). They seemed to be ok taking the time to clarify and inform customers so it sucked when I found out they were out of cream cheese. Additionally, they didn't add whipped cream to either crepe container and even if they did, it would've been melted before we walked out the door(again, we don't know how long it had been sitting there. The staff brought us our drinks so we assumed they would either call our names or bring it to the table we were waiting at). Over all, the crepe was pretty good, the caramel was a loose consistency, I'd guess they use the same caramel syrup for the coffee and the crepes. The lattes were also really good.

Food is amazing !! It's so nice and clean inside. But service was so BAD the lady that took our order was rude and told my wife and I we were only allowed to eat at two specific tables. But the customer that came in after us was allowed to sit where ever they'd like!! Would eat here again but I would leave if she's there.

Instantly regretted my decision as soon as i sat down to wait for my crepe. I was greeted fairly quickly and they took my order. The place smells like cleaning products and it is so overpowering you don't even smell your food. The crepe was tasteless the only saving grace was the whipped cream and strawberries. I left half way through my crepe and never saw anyone other than when they took my order and brought it out.

Awful service and overpriced, tasteless, bland crepes. We ordered egg and cheese, we barely tasted there was any cheese. The food was cold after a long wait with no customers in the restaurant. We never got our coffee until a few minutes after we were served the cold food, meat sausage tasted very processed. The cappuccino was $5.50, at that price, you would think it should be served in a real mug, nope, it was a paper cup! And there was a small side of spoiled, brown lettuce and pickles, what is that about? We would have sent it back but why bothered if we're never going to go back to this place. What were they thinking to serve such spoiled veggie side?

I went here on December 12th 2023. The place was clean and was really well decorated. And they didn't force you to order on your phone. Which lots of people were accusing this place of doing. I got the banana Nutella crepe. But I asked to replace the bananas with strawberries since I'm not a huge fan of bananas. And they did just that without extra charge. The crepe itself was really good. I recommend.

We were disappointed with this place. When you walk in you aren't greeted. You have to order from your phone, which I don't mind however there's no Wi-Fi available. The crepes have lunch meat inside instead of actual chicken or turkey. The breakfast sausage tasted microwaved and got tough quickly. The crepe itself has absolutely no flavor, and the eggs inside also tasted microwaved. They serve your meal with 3-4 leaves of lettuce and pickle, which doesn't complement the crepe at all. Matcha frappe had zero matcha flavor. Not good at all -_-

Had a Groupon so came to get some dessert. Got the crepella waffle and it was so good! Definitely could split if you aren't that hungry.It was really clean inside. Also you can wait for the cashier or you can order food online which they encourage. Cause of staffing issues.
