Cuban coffee, it looks good, but you don't taste any condensed milk at all and all you taste is milky milk.

Crema Coffee Roasters is easily one of my favorite coffee spots in town! The coffee is consistently amazing--smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The baristas are super friendly and know their stuff, which makes the experience even better. The vibe is cozy but cool, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. Whether you're grabbing a quick latte or staying for a while, Crema always hits the mark. Can't recommend it enough

Place is cute and nice ambience, but coffee itself is disappointing, me n my friend both ordered Cuban coffee, it was described in there menu, they make it with condensed milk, so we were looking forward to it, and took a sip, it tasted exactly like a regular latte, like not even a hint of condensed milk, and to pay almost $10(including tax n tips) is ridiculous and unacceptable, as for as I understand Cuban coffee should be bit stronger, and I like tasting more coffee and less milk, so I asked for 8oz instead of 12oz, but still it was all milky milk, and the guy who took the order was so expressionless and when I ask the question, he swallows his talk, and I barely heard, like, in reviews I came across some people mentioning Cuban coffee, some Cuban latte, so I asked him, showing pics and reviews, if it's same or different?his answer, 'for us it's the same', I don't understand what it means

This is a super-clean, tidy, nearly, if not zero waste coffee shoppe. I'm surprised the gender-neutral restrooms didn't have compost toilets. We stopped here on the way to an event at nearby Trevecca Nazarene University for my favorite sister and her husband to get a coffee and to use the restroom. There's a kiosk for parking at the steps leading to the front door. We were clueless about that and were only there a little while around 4:45 last Saturday, so we didn't engage the parking kiosk. Parking was ample. Sister's and brother-in-law's coffees looked good and the shop itself smelled delightful, just abounding in the fragrance of coffee! Too bad my coffee cut off time is noon, or I would have gotten a cup. We enjoyed the deck out front for a bit and were the only patrons doing so. It was somewhat sketchy because a couple who were walking by, oddly stopped and the female stretched her hand through the open area of the deck (it had PVC piping) and in her fist was clutched a fist of money (???). Thankfully, they kept walking and didn't speak to us. If I recall correctly, this shoppe closes around 6 PM but don't quote me. It's a nice store especially if you are the demographic they are appealing to, or if you really want a nice cup of joe!

1 hour parking is free with the parking lot. Friendly service and staff. Spacious area for seating, saw a few people with laptops. Unfortunately my laptop was low on battery and I couldn't find any outlets. The tiramisu latte was amazing. The matcha latte was average. The chocolate chip cookie was good. Very nice coffee spot.

I'm a coffeeshop snob and this place hit the spot! The vibes are perfect, the baristas are warm and welcoming, and the coffee was great! The coolest part was the curated best of Nashville list they provide! Locals and travelers alike what a treasure! Brought home a bag of beans for my partner to enjoy with his morning pour over!

Coffee was great. Bread and butter was great. My oatmeal with fruits were a littleBland so I added honey and a bit of brown sugar and it was better. VERY busy spot, but outdoor seating was really nice! Big comfy tables.

We came to Nashville for the first time and need more than hotel coffee! It was amazing. Skip Starbucks and sit down and enjoy the beautiful creation they can make.

I had a fun time quickly stopping by this coffee shop. I'm obsessed with seasonal themed drinks so decided to order the peppermint patty latte special. I loved the idea of a minty dark chocolate latte. I ordered it with oat milk. While I really enjoyed the rich flavors of this coffee and the dark chocolate flavor, I didn't taste any mint. I still liked my drink.I came in on a Friday morning and it was packed. It looked like a lot of people were working from their laptops, so I assume they might have good wifi. The line went pretty quickly. While I waited for my order I noticed they offer coffee classes. I loved how cute and creative this idea was. If I lived here, I would totally try taking one. It looked like a class was going on inside their private room too. Crema had a wonderful menu and a great space. I'd recommend checking it out.

I was so excited to try their PSL today! I have switched completely over to Matcha, and I asked the cashier if I could get a Matcha with PSL syrup, which I have gotten before at Crema! She said no, and was kind of rude about it, and she hadn't smiled the entire time taking our order. I also asked before ordering what their Rosemary Brown Sugar drink tastes like, to which she replied "like Rosemary and Brown Sugar" in a derogatory way. She made me feel dumb for asking any questions, and acted as if I was wasting her time.My experience today ordering gave me a lot of anxiety and I did not feel welcome. Quite literally made me want to cry. Crema used to be my favorite spot when traveling in Nashville, so I am kinda bummed about their choice in cashier. People who are not "people persons" should not be taking orders. Most of the time, the cashiers are lovely people -- however this is the first time in a few months that I have been back to Nashville to go to Crema, so hopefully this is a one-time occurrence.
