I visited here a few weeks ago to kill some time while my dad took a woodworking class nearby. I was looking for a nice cafe so I could do some schoolwork while I waited. Cream delivered! It's in a large shopping center so there's plenty of parking available. The cafe itself doesn't feel like a shopping center cafe, though -- the vibe is super refined and classy, beautiful, modern, and spacious! Lots of gentle warm light and plenty of spots to settle down. You order at the counter. They have coffee, obviously, as well as some simple meal options and pastries. My mom (who was with me) and I were able to snag a booth for two. Despite them being very busy, I think the space contained the noise well, as I was able to focus without too much trouble. Those who are super sensitive to noise may have more difficulty, though. The barista at the counter was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I must admit that I'm a person who wants a little coffee in their dessert, rather than the other way around, and I was nervous these rather high brow coffee concoctions wouldn't be sweet enough for me. The barista suggested a beverage she thought would be a good fit and offered to make it extra sweet for me. Appreciate her help!I wound up with their version of a pumpkin spiced latte. I was morbidly curious about their coffee soda, too, so I ordered that on a whim. My drinks came out quickly. The coffee soda was a miss for me, sadly -- just a little too strange. I'm more than willing to accept that's a me problem, though. It was a very novel concept and I could see what they were going for with some of the flavor combos.Their take on a PSL was lovely, though! It honestly still wasn't super sweet, but the coffee was brewed so well and was so mellow I really didn't mind. The pumpkin was present but not overwhelming, and the whipped cream on top made it even smoother and creamier. Good stuff! Thanks for a nice hangout spot while in the area! I'd definitely return!

Staff is friendly and quick to help.Spacious for working / chatting with friends - plenty of seating and tables (a couple even outside if the weather is nice!). Music isn't too loud either, so you can actually enjoy yourself while there.Every latte is about $6 or so, so not the most budget friendly place, but is yummy!

What a delight to finally have good coffee and baked goods in Brentwood!I've gotten to try this location a few times and it's actually one of my favorite locations of Crema in the Nashville area: really great ambiance and seating options for doing work or meeting up with a friend for a bite and a beverage. Incredible service (Isabella is the best!) even when it's super busy (and it's ALWAYS super busy). Very VERY clean despite how busy it is: I would have expected more chaos/unkemptness with the water glasses or tray to put away dishes, but staff really keeps up with the foot traffic here and I love that.Crema is truly one of the best when it comes to specialty lattes and the seasonal latte options are truly what I come here for: I've never had a miss with one of their seasonal options. I also absolutely LOVE that they have pastries and goodies from Dozen because sometimes I don't want to drive all the way to Wedgewood Houston for a good croissant. I have not tried the food options at this location yet but the menu is such a breath of fresh air with yummy healthier options than what's available at other breakfast/lunch places in the surrounding area. My two gripes about this place that honestly they can't control: way too many people love this place and it's always so freaking crowded (line out the door almost always when I go in.) Means it's hard to just grab and go a coffee when I want to. Also means it can get quite LOUD in here during particularly happening hours. Again, not their fault for being too popular (and helps illustrate how much Brentwood needed an actually good coffee shop), but it does prevent me from coming here sometimes when I really want to!

Always love a good coffee house! Staff is nice and attentive! This place is really busy so can be hard to grab a table sometimes.Great food, decor and most importantly coffee! My only gripe is how loud it's in there. I think it's more of an acoustic issue. Would really like to hear the music they play while I have my coffee. They offer a few outdoor seating options.Highly recommend their croissants (warmed) - we had the ham & cheese and a chocolate one! Both fresh, flakey and delicious.Coffee was fantastic! Latte with almond milk was great and generous serving. Cortado was good also but a little on the burnt side.

I found Crema Coffee Roasters during the pandemic when I needed great coffee beans shipped to me. I had just gotten rid of my Keurig and moved to pour over and great beans were essential. Crema totally met this need plus they are sustainable and Fair Trade - check, check, check. I had not visited an in-store location until now. Coffee was excellent as expected but had not tried the food. What a lovely experience - food is excellent. I had the avocado toast - extremely well prepared. Small criticism - it is loud. Nashville seems to be obsessed with these tall ceilings and open, industrial feel. It just means the acoustics make visiting very difficult and this is a city-wide issue for so many coffee shops in Nashville. So I will continue to visit and order - Crema is worth it!

Our Nashville friends love Crema, and when we're visiting we tend to stop by! This location is located in a strip mall with a lot of stores and shops nearby. I love their vanilla lattes, as they are not overly sweet or bitter, just perfect!

Hands down THE BEST avo toast!! Only regret is not getting the soft boiled egg added to it. The avo mash had flavor, the herbs gave it a fresh taste, and the pepper flakes added the finish touch bringing a little heat to eat bite. Vanilla latte with oat milk was just as delicious. Service was prompt. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. This was a popular spot during the hustle and bustle of last minute holiday shopping.

10/10 for aesthetics and coffee. So stoked on the location as we come to this center often to shop Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx Home Goods.

Dear Crema,I have always wanted to try you. It seems as though, almost overnight, you have gained a following. My friends can't stop talking about you; I hear your name wherever I go. Even my pastor praised you in his sermon. You intimidate me. Every time I drive by, it seems as though all of Brentwood is sitting inside, and overflowing outside. The Brentwood aristocracy lines up, scaring off my sweatpants-clad self back to Dunkin Donuts, where I belong. I have driven by all summer, but only today did I feel a rather supernatural confidence to conquer my fears. Upon entry, I felt like everyone was staring. They could tell that I was a Crema virgin. The patrons were beautiful. The restaurant was immaculate. Well-lit. Dare I say, elegant. You are too good for me. I do not deserve you. Yet, I pushed forward against my insecurities. I've heard people complain about the long line, but I found it to be a respite from this cruel world. You forced me to pause, to contemplate, to ask myself big questions. Why am I here? How much longer will I suffer? Upon getting to the front, I thought I deserved two iced coffees for my bravery and my boldness--and my pain. Yes, you are overpriced. But I am $1000 in credit card debt; what's $16 more? Thus, I left with an iced vanilla latte and and iced mocha. I had never tasted better. I conquered my fears. You are more delicious that I could have ever imagined. I am currently tweaking with caffeine. There is Crema coffee in Heaven. I feel like I could run a marathon. You've made my sad life better. I think I love you.

My chai tea was delicious and beautifully presented. The GF Apple cider donut was good too. It is very expensive but that's standard for these upscale coffee places these days!
