Crazy Taco

We were pleasantly surprised by how good our food was here. We ordered the carne asada plate and two carnitas tacos. It was all delicious and it was great to find carne asada that tasted so fabulous. It cost about the same as if the two of us had eaten fast food and was much better.

Service could not have been any friendlier, but I did have some issues with Crazy Taco. First with a name like this, either you are looney, or these tacos are so tasty it drives you nuts. I'm sad to report neither was the case here. I decided to go with the burrito. First the wait was a bit long. It was close to 15 minutes. I was in the store for 10, then stood in the cold another 5. Felt excessive based on the limited customers I saw when I arrived. At $13, the price was fair, I've seen burritos for less, but when this was served, it was heavy leading me to believe I got my money's worth. It came with two salsas and here is where I got irritated. The salsa cups were half as big as any other truck, then the cup was only half full. The two cups equaled about a teaspoon total. Each additional cup was $.25, I ended up coming back for 4 cups. The girl didn't charge me, but I put the dollar in the tip jar, but again, 2 of the 4 cups were only half full. Between 6 cups, it barely got me through half the burrito. Honestly, the burrito was average. For me burritos should burst with flavor and here the only flavor that caught my attention was the rice. The meat was ok, but nothing special, the beans didn't have that pork lard flavor and the guacamole was watery and tangy instead of chunky and garlicy. Sounds bad, but again, it was okay. I don't think this place is 5 or even 4 stars. It's going to be better than most fast food, but I'd take Chipotle over when I had here today. I've certainly had worse, but on a scale of 1-10, this is a solid 6.5, possible 7, but not wort and extended drive.

Love this family owned business!!! Staff is so kind. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Tonight we tried BirraPizza with the beef broth and it was SO GOOD. 10/10 recommend and you will definitely have leftovers so filling!!!

Love this taco truck! I get the 5-tacos plate veganized, and it's delicious! Their chips and guac are heavenly as well. The staff is always friendly. Definitely worth the wait if you find yourself in a long line. I've been fortunate to show up as the first or second in line, but I would certainly wait if needed!

Delicious food! I like their Cali burrito and taco plate. The folks who run this spot are consistently kind and helpful by being willing to answer questions/provide menu suggestions.

Food was great. Tasted good and cooked fresh. Service was friendly. There are 2 picnic tables out front to sit and eat with umbrellas, so there shade or protection from rain if you want to eat outside. It's next to a gas station so drinks are readily available.

The burritos are huge! Great for dinner and breakfast the next day. I can never eat one at a single sitting.

Great Mexican take out. One of the few places that have tacos as they should be, protein, onions & cilantro. Yum! I usually get the taco plate with asada, adobada, pollo, carnitas and Al pastor. Not sure of the stand out as they're all good IMO. Mulitas are delightful too. Our 7year old loves the full size quesadilla.

This is about as authentic as you are getting in this area. Street tacos are hard to come by and, coming from California, Mexican food (authentic) is hard to find. This place gets it. Their street tacos are delicious. Sometimes you just don't want American tacos and this is about as good as youre getting for Mexican food.

This has to be one of my new favorite taco places in the area!Recently I've been exploring Bonney Lake and Enumclaw and I'm really glad I stopped here. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing! The meat was so juicy and it had the perfect amount of spice. Plus they offer lots of different toppings that pack the perfect punch!It's a little on the expensive side, but it's 100% worth it! Especially if you want to support a small business.This place almost always has people lined up to get their food and I can see why! I can't wait to go back!
