Uber Eats Review : I'm trying to understand why I'd order mozerella sticks ...with no sauce lol just fry cheese sticks right ...then on I ordered 1lb of shrimp with the head on . I put in the notes twice to please give me a side of lemons & dry seasoning . Please . Multiple times . What's the point of a notes section if you don't pay attention to the notes ? & now I have shrimp & no lemon & some may not understand but now I can't really enjoy my meal. Sigh .

i would love to have reviewed the food but i never got service after sitting there for 10mins after i asked for a different table because she threw the menus down right there at the table by the host stand and walked off. so when asked for request of different table i didn't care what table just not at the door i was told once some booth she pointed at got cleaned off .... 10 minutes later while im looking for another restaurant and now checking reviews this time still no one came to the door table which we sat at so i got up and left i be so irritated because as someone who's been a host and a server like no excuses at least be like are you good ? like speaking is nice ooooooooo let me not for get about the one server who was like move move move when the host was throwing down menus ... girl i get it we was in the way but i shouldn't have heard you i got two red flags before a sat down and still did ‍ never again smh

I've only gotten the snow crab delivered via DoorDash but it's amazing every time! The sauce is SO GOOD. I always get the medium garlic butter and I could drink it it's so delicious. I can't speak for the establishment itself but the food is always on point when delivered.

So first I want to say the food was absolutely amazing the food was great. My only thing is the waiter that we had . I can't remember his name but he was extremely rude. He didn't introduce himself (maybe why I don't remember his name lol) . He just seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. We asked questions he acted annoyed. Never came and checked on us. We're at a crab place and we had to ask for a craker and was told they only had one. Hmmm!!! They have an automatic gratuity that they apply for parties of 6 or more so I feel like either he didn't expect he had to do much because he had a great tip coming. Or maybe he just had a bad day.I would say try for yourself because food is good but let them and me know about service! To me my tip depends on service not the food because I know they have no control over that.

We picked this place on a whim seeing as we both enjoy seafood. Upon entering there was a male and female employee arguing at the hostess stand. They didn't look up or greet us, we stood there awkwardly. The male started to walk away and then looking annoyed said to follow him. Ok how were we to know you were seating us as you didn't even acknowledge us. Place was pretty empty so we figured it would be quick service. Took forever for our waitress to come by like 20 min. Ordered two beers and an app. We had to wait for the app to be done to get our drinks apparently. I didn't even order any food as I was disgusted by the service. Even tho warnings on the menu, be sure you know what you're ordering as you can't send it back. Our waitress never check on us, asked if we wanted more drinks. To top it off the restroom was disgusting. Like human waste on the floor disgusting. I'll never go back.

I was hesitant to eat here because of the reviews but after my husband bought the crawfish boil I wanted to try it so I did. Their food has so much flavor it was so delicious. We have been to most seafood places around the area and I think this one is the best. I really hope they are clean because their food tastes amazing.

I usually come here all the time for the gumbo cause my girl likes it, this one time I ordered the same thing as always, the server at the pickup counter charged me but she said it didn't go through so I checked my account and it went through on my account, so I'm literally showing them my account and the transaction history and all and they still giving me a hard time,the security wanna step up to me like I'm the problem and on top of that the Asian owner or boss was having the female employees stand up for him when I was trying to talk to him, but my girl calm me down and told me we'll come back, they charged me but didn't want to give me my order, long story short the service is extremely horrible and the food was mid

DISGUSTING!! Went to the Crafty Crab this evening and while at the bar one of the servers was picking particles out of shot glasses with her bare hands. The bartender took one of the dirty shot glasses and poured the contents of it into another glass. When one of the customers who witnessed the act asked him about he lied and said the glass wasn't dirty. But if the glass wasn't dirty why would you feel the need to pour the contents into another glass. The server commented to the bar tender that they need a new dish washer because the glasses were not getting cleaned and proceeded to serve the dirty shot glasses that she had her bare hands in to customers. Myself and 2 other patrons witnessed the filthy act. Will never return to this place! The servers are unprofessional and unsanitary!!

We ordered the Shrimp bag and it was delicious. We ordered in DoorDash and it arrived within 35 minutes and was still hot. I will definitely order from them again.
