Craft 64 - Scottsdale

We just got married on Saturday 6/1/24, a few days later we decided to look up "Best Pizza in Arizona" and Craft 64 came up immediately. We arrived and it was a great location, great inside "very homey" and a wonderful backyard patio. Eric was nothing short of amazing, with the best customer service I ever experienced (over the top) caring, thoughtful and pure kindness and love. The pizza was amazing and he was flexible in make sure we were happy. One of my favorite pizzas in AZ and the service is the best by far. Some how Eric found out we got married a few days prior and as the bill was paid and we left and walked out to our car Eric came out after us and said "the chef made something special for you." We came back and it was one of the best pizza desserts I every had "Nutella Indulgence." The pizza was authentic and crispy and the dessert (Bananas, Nutella, Hazelnut, Honey) baked in delicious bread made me speechless. Me and my now wife just moved here from California and Craft 64 sets the bar very high on pizza, spreading love and a great night out. I demand that you go you will not be disappointed! Very relaxing site one you get passed the stacked empty boxes as you entered the front door. It was less than inviting.Service was efficient and friendly.We tried the Blanco and it was delicious! Definitely worth ordering again.They brew their own beer and have guest taps in a wide variety of styles.

Came here for dinner recently. I sat at the bar which offers a full menu. Bartender is really friendly and they have a great selection of craft beer. I ordered the bruschetta, margarita pizza with added sausage. The bruschetta came out and it is more like an order for two or three people. I was disappointed in the amount of mozzarella on the bruschetta. They really need to add more and maybe cut back a little on the tomato.The pizza was outstanding! The sausage is spicy which was nice. I noticed on their special menu a cannoli for desert. I was full but could pass a cannoli on a specials menu. It did not disappoint. That should be on the regular menu. Highly recommend Craft 64!

Somehow while reading local food news, Craft 64 showed up as one of the best pizzas in AZ/U.S., rated by independently Italian reviewed 50toppizzausa.it . Since we leave nearby, why not try it? I ordered take out and got the classic pepperoni pie. It was ready within ten min and service was quick. Cute taberna style inside for those dining in. The pizza is cooked in a classic wood fire oven and cooked to perfection! No soggy bottoms and no overly charred crust either. Prices are on the higher side for pizza, but I guess they take pride in used higher quality ingredients too. I will probably be back and try other items soon!

BEST PIZZA EVER. Period. The picture says it all. We ate two pizzas and three or four apps between six people. While apps were good, the pizza definitely stole the show as well as the beer. Dishes ordered:Ají Pizza- the person who served us told us (unprovoked) the jalapeño sauce was too spicy, so we ordered it on the side. However, it didn't taste spicy at all, so would definitely recommend ordering the pizza as is. The "hostess" said it was his favorite thing on the menu, and he was right!Specialty Chorizo Pizza- REAL CHORIZO. I was expecting it to be ground up sausage, but it was very well spiced and tasted exactly like traditional chorizo.Apps ordered:Mascarpone Fig Bruschetta: delectable! Huge slices of bread and topped with a lot of food.Classic Tomato Bruschetta: very fresh and well seasoned. Lots of tomatoes!Artichoke Dip: super tasty and creamy!We sat outside on a chilly-ish night and enjoyed the vibe and ourselves. The best place we ate in AZ (including Sedona and Tempe)!

Amazing food. Incredibly fast service. Server was attended five and funny. Will absolutely return.

Pros:Excellent service and great locationLoved all the brew options - I had a hard time choosing, but ended up with Sunshine Sipper (fruit notes did not disappoint)The meatballs and Fico pizza were the best we've had! Came here with some friends to grab drinks and dinner on a Friday night. I've been to this location and their Chandler location before, so I knew the food was good and had an expectation of their drinks. Gotta say though, I don't know if our bartender was new or what but the drinks took forever and weren't even right which was a bummer. I got the Spice Girl and the mango puree was left out entirely so I ended up with what tasted like watered down spicy margarita. Our server wasn't super attentive either and just kept saying "I just came back from vacation." My friends weren't huge fans of their drinks either but like I said, I've been here before and had a much better experience.On the positive side, the Honey bee pizza came out fast and was super tasty. I always get the artichoke spinach dip too (cheat code ask for extra bread!).

This is actually the second time I've been here. Honestly this place is insanely overrated. The pizza is solid but the rest of their food is not good at all. The service and ambiance are both solid so this gets a 4 star for me, rounded up from 3.5.I've visited this restaurant in person, about 2 years ago, and also had take out from here just last week. The pizza is good but some of their pizzas are def better than others. Don't love the Bianca. Marg is fine. I personally like their pepperoni best. Whatever you do though do not get the meatballs (at least not to go). They were soooo overcooked and dry and just god awful. They also come with a "side" of Mac n cheese which is basically two ketchup containers worth. It's honestly sad they even give that out as a side lol. Opt for the salad instead lol. Overall solid enough pizza but the fact this place is rated so highly in the Scottsdale food scene is bizarre to me.

Was in the area and needed a place that was able to accommodate 10+ people and Craft64 was able to do that. There's not much parking at the location or near by. It's more all street parking. We did go close to when they opened for the day. It was pretty calm. The owner along with workers were able to get a table ready for us with utensils and water really quick. They have a good selection of their own beer and other local ones. Love it when a place offers local. I ended up getting #8 which is their own - Smooove Hoperator. It was really good. No typical IPA after taste which I liked. For food I got their Fico wood fire pizza and their mascarpone fig bruschetta. We got the bruschetta first. Flavors were really good. Right amount of cheese and fig sauce. Bread was a little bit more toasted than I would have liked for the toppings. Not burned though. Still really enjoyed it. The pizza was so good. Dough is done in house which is nice. Really enjoyed it. The owner was constantly checking in on us which we appreciated. He found out we were there celebrating birthdays and was nice and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine bottle. They do have inside seating and a little outside seating. The outside seating is partially covered and has mists on. Overall, fun place. Would go back but maybe not with 10+ people. Haha.
