you can tell by the menu the proprietors have a culinary background it CLEARLY shows when you eat the food, even the way the items are so neatly packaged if you get something to go.there are so many things i want to try and so glad the menu is differentiated from another place in town or another panera or etc. there is actual distinction but without taking personal interpretations to extremes as some amateurs do.i feel so much peace with this place given that its obvious they have a culinary background.

Hmm.. I just ate a meatloaf sandwich. I am a 200 plus guy and feel quite content with size. Also, great quality food. I loved it!! Great customer service. I want to park his truck in my front yard. I will be going out of my way completely to eat here again. Thanks a million.

We had Crackerjack our at our neighborhood 4th of July block party today & Hector could not have been better to work with. He created a limited menu for the event & was very friendly. Everyone talked about how the great the food was & seemed to enjoy it very much. I ordered the Pua & loved it! The pork had a little bit of crisp on the edges of the meat, which I love! I would highly recommend using Crackerjack for an event or just stop by & grab some food when you see them somewhere!

Good customer service and friendly people. Had a bad experience with food. Ordered the mac and cheese, and it barely had any sauce/cheese if any at all. Put a lot of chicken on it (a $3 add on) which we were satisfied with. However we had to go home to put our own sauce on it to make it edible. Wish we had a different experience after reading the other reviews!

Awesome Food Truck! Got the Pua & Romaine Salad. Both were excellent. The meat in the Pua was cooked to perfection. I will be looking for this truck again!

This is a foodie's food truck. The menu is full of hidden gems like Chicken Confit, Candied bacon, Deviled Egg Spread, Chicken Liver Pate, Pimento Cheese, Meatloaf sandwich,etc...for sure get the Yabbies. I get something different each time and so far all the food has been fantastically seasoned to perfection. Get a bag of popcorn as an appetizer while you wait and chat with the chef. You can order ahead as well but I've not tried that option yet.

We had Crackerjack provide food for a local festival. I can't brag on them enough! They were so professional--came on time, had food prepped and ready to go. The truck was immaculately clean and the guys working were so friendly. I had the hodgepodge on the first day of the festival and it was awesome! Day 2, I got the spinach salad and the smoked peaches rocked my world. So good and unexpected! A friend got the tourophile's with pulled pork and he really liked it as well. There are a ton of other menu items I want to try--there are some really intriguing options! Definitely worth a visit!
