Delicious but I prefer shredded cheese. I just forgot to ask. Large enough to split. $17.95 5/2024.
Yummbo!
Crack Tritip Nachos...so good!
a bottle of soda and a tray of food
Oh come on. That's funny.
for those that need disabled access the restaurant does have a side ramp to get to the order window.
With the Hyatt Grand Manchester in the back you can have lunch along the bay and take to the park areas. Plenty of outdoor seating .

We were walking along seaport village , when we looked over and smelled food! I also saw a gentleman eating a burrito that looked soo good! We weren't expecting too much since the best taco spots are in the south ( no offense lol ), but wow we left soooo impressed !!! The quality of the meat was 20/10! It was soooo good! We had the tri tip / al pastor fries and wow(20/10) must try !!! We had a crack , al pastor , and Baja shrimp tacos all (20/10) . Our friends had the tri tip nachos! Also (20/10)! All is a must try ! We would drive back to seaport just to eat here ! It's one of my now top taco spots ! They have benches all around ( they fill up fast) but lots of seating around seaport village with amazing views ). It is located next to seafood market where you can grab extra drinks and chips as well! Service is great! Highly highly recommend !

Eh, 2-ish stars but not rounding up this time as I'm still a bit salty that I got bamboozled by the "try a grilled fish taco" sign that resulted in me paying $6+ for a taco that had the driest fish ever lol. Bite of it was like eating tuna straight from the can.Anyway, wouldn't say that this spot is a total hard-pass because the tri-tip carne asada meat here is actually pretty good! Very tender with a nice subtle char taste. I got the nachos version; stale tortilla chips but plentiful amount of the right fixings on them (the nacho cheese and sour cream sauces in particular satisfied a Nachos BellGrande craving lol). Nachos are easily shareable between two very hungry people. I'd say overall the tri-tip nachos are okay price-wise especially considering Seaport Village amusement-park-ish pricing standards.Located next to the Spill the Beans coffee shop stand.

Great new casual spot along Seaport Village. Good food, good view. I'm very happy with this new addition to Seaport. A little off from the food court, which works to it's advantage. Order at the window and they'll call your number when your order is available. Staff are nice, fast and efficient. A little pricier than your standard taco shops, but that's expected with the location. Some outdoor seating is available along the boardwalk. Definitely a place we'll frequent when being tourist in our city. Serves canned alcoholic beverages.

The food is good here but definitely pricier than other locations with equal standard of food and environment given its location at Seaport Village. I would imagine the monthly lease here is quite high. I had a pair of pollo asado tacos for $11.50 plus tax. The chicken was tender and nicely season, which resulted in good flavors. They put a very good amount of chicken in each taco. I do like that. The corn tortillas were a huge hit. They are handmade and not only taste great but have a great texture. The guacamole was decent. It was a little watery and could have used some seasoning. The staff members were friendly, and even though they were backed up on orders, they got the food out in a decent amount of time. This location only offers outside seating.

An unexpectedly delicious taco place right along the walkway of Seaport Village. Although the prices are higher than average, the portions are generous and all the ingredients were really fresh! They topped all our tacos with globs of guac and plenty of meat. Their quesadillas, burritos, and tacos were all very generous in size and none of us left hungry!

Nice casual eat with a water view at seaport. The burrito is jam packed with protein and is juicyyyyyyy. Great size too, very shareable. That green sauce it comes with makes the burrito with some spice and tang! Taco was flavorful and tortillas taste fresh!

Crack Taco Shop has opened another location here in Seaport Village the location is just beautiful! There aren't that many tables around the restaurant but I'm sure you'll be able to find a nice spot anywhere along the water. Parking is a bit of a nightmare though and since the lots were full when we visited, we ended up parking a couple blocks away in a paid parking garage. Lines move pretty fast and the food comes out fast too. The prices here are definitely higher than their other locations but I think that's because of the location and catering to tourists. Once you order at the window, keep your receipt because they'll call your order number when it's ready. Al Pastor and Battered Fish Tacos: When I first got the tacos, I noticed that the Al Pastor was missing guacamole, cilantro, and onions. I went back to ask for them and the cashier looked confused on what the problem was but we eventually figured it out. The Pastor didn't really have any flavor to it but the battered fish was really crispy. Out of the two I tried, I would only recommend the fish. There are much better options for Al Pastor tacos in San Diego. Tri-Tip French Fries: Pretty standard carne asada fries. The meat had that smoky, grill flavor which I really enjoy. But the portion was kind of small for the price. Mexican Street Corn: I should have clarified when ordering but I was hoping for corn in a cup instead of on the cob. If it were in a cup, I would've enjoyed it more just because it's easier to eat. Other than that, it was good...you can't really mess up elotes. Overall, a very full meal but disappointing mainly because of the high prices. Great to try at least once but I wouldn't come back unless they adjust their portions/prices. You can get a lot cheaper options for the same, if not better, quality of food.

Small taco shop in Seaport Village with outdoor seating. Tried the crack taco and two fish tacos. Good flavor on both, good salsas. Solid spot, but nothing that necessarily sets it apart from other taco shops. They were giving away free churros this day and THOSE were bomb. They are filled with crème . Friendly service.

Popped in for some delicious rolled tacos (super FRESH!) on a Saturday afternoon with our pups. Plenty of outdoor seating, and I loved that despite the location that the prices were not too steep. Look, these three rolled tacos get FIVE stars from me simply because they were clearly freshly made. You can taste fresh rolled tacos, vs. the ones that you get at most tacos shops that are not fresh (you all know what I mean). Lots of guac, plenty of pico. My hubs got some street tacos that were just as delicious. This place sealed the five star review when the manager/owner brought by some leftover carne asada scraps for our pups. Super sweet and they scarfed it.

What are two things that are equally addictive and if you abuse them long enough, you will definitely end up on the STREET? Let that sink in for a minute... Alex Trebek, R.I.P Sir...but for old times sake, Que the music one more time: (theme song from Jeopardy starts playing) You are humming it in your head, aren't you? AREN'T YOU!!? (Yeah me too, and I wrote this crazy review) haha Don't worry it's about to get even weirder! lol Final Jeopardy RoundAlex: Jenni L., what did you come up with?Jenni L: what is Cheese & Chocolate?Alex: No, not quite. Let's see how much you wagered... (Jenni went down to a $1) Alex: Lauren H., what did you write down? Lauren H: what is Wine & Fortnite? Alex: oh Lauren, not even close. What did you wager? (Lauren went down to $0)Alex: Lance L., let's see if you came up with the correct response. Lance L: "What is CRACK TACO (shop)?"Alex: Yes, that is correct! You are our New Champion!! (Yelp Crowd goes wild!!!)-------------------------------------That's right people...'Crack is whack' and it will definitely put you on the streets. But Tacos, especially STREET tacos, are an addiction worth every relapse...on every Tuesday to be exact ;) How I ended up here:So, how long have I been addicted to tacos you ask? I'd have to say definitely since my first head-tilted bite! And thanks to places like Crack Taco Shop... My addiction will never end. And I'm here for it!!!!To my fellow taco addicts...I'd like to say it gets easier, but it doesn't. Just earlier this month, I was down in San Diego and I just had to get my fix. I felt so vulnerable, so helpless, and the worst part...'My palms were sweaty, knees weak, arms were heavy....' Mom's Spagh...oh never mind, you know what I mean ;)I wanted to resist, to stay strong, but I'm weak and I just couldn't take it anymore... I just need a little something to take the edge off. So I looked over my right shoulder, then my left shoulder, I was suspicious of everyone and I had to ensure no one was watching...I took out a twenty, went straight up to the guy at the window and said give me 3 tacos...And just like that...Everything was better! At first bite, INSTANT EUPHORIA!!! I felt like I could be anybody. I felt like I do anything. And from that moment, I just knew that Crack Taco Shop was my new plug! --------------------------------If you are still with me and have made it this far into the review... Congratulations, you rock! (Pun Intended)This is the perfect transition to mention... "Don't Smoke Crack!"Instead, do like Crack Taco Shop does and only smoke Tri-Tip, heck that's why they are world famous! Home of the Tri Tip Carne Asada Taco, Burrito, Quesadilla & Nachos, the line at this place is so long here for lunch, you might actually think that they are actually selling crack! (Fun fact: they don't!) In all seriousness... This place is legit. I had 1 Crack Taco, 1 Baja Shrimp Taco, & 1 battered fish taco. My wife went with their rolled tacos (aka taquitos) and they equally hit the spot. Like I mentioned earlier, this place can have a line, but I assure you it's definitely worth the wait. Prices on tacos were fair, but I have to presume that the burritos are absolutely massive with a max price tag of $18.95!!!Breakfast burritos & Chilaquiles are also available; I can only imagine that these things are absolutely epic after a long night of partying in S.D. All I know is, I'm definitely coming back next trip! So...The next time that you find yourself in San Diego & you make your way to Seaport Village, make sure to check out Crack Taco Shop and let me know what you think.
