We ate here on 2/27/24. First time here and overall, a great dining experience. Service, food, ambiance. We came a little before 6pm, and enjoyed some of the happy hour menu - Oysters (they tasted fresh, not too big on the size which is perfect), calamari and fries (amazing, yummy and crispy), and the crab cakes. We also had bottled beers which were $3/bottle - Don't always need to drink alcohol, but this is such an incredible deal to pass, especially, when most places are increasing their price on everything rather than bringing it down. We enjoyed everything, and had to place a second order of the crab cakes since it was delicious, and no one can't really beat their price. The Cajun salt is very good, I am glad we did not pass on them sprinkling it on the appetizers. We had the Crab Town combo with the Crab town sauce/mild, and it still had enough kick in it. It was delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. The sauce is to die for. Unlike other places, we found the sauce not to be too salty, or a bit too sweet, theirs was a perfect balance. There were 3 of us, and it was enough, we still had a little bit of leftovers. However, for this order (crab town combo), I would say that one might consider to add more crabs (king and m/or snow crabs ), if each individual on your party loves crabs. Service was great, staff is helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I will make is to limit the number of times they provide the plastic white forks, and perhaps consider asking customers if they need a plastic straw or not before giving them one. They kept on giving us plastic white forks for every new dish we were getting (oysters, crab cakes, main dish), so we had so many plastic forks on our table that we didn't need or use. Sometimes, it is unavoidable, we have to use it, but plastics are everywhere, they take centuries to degrade, so we really need to do our part to help our environment thrives and stay healthy.

Bring on the garlic! A simple Garlic Noodle dish that had a generous amount of garlic. Then ordered the mini combo. A proper Nawlins boil. Got the corn, potatoes, Clams, sausage, shrimp, mussels and that Cajun craw fish. All of that boiling in with lemon pepper garlic and mild heat. The New Orleans seasoning was filling the air when the bag was delivered. Perfection. I like the variety in the combo, the mild heat was just enough kick. The portion size was good. This with rice was just a good choice. No issues getting seated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mel MYelp 23:26

Let's talk food. Must haves are:- Garlic Noodles: So rich and creamy. If you love garlic, then you must get this. It's an explosion of flavor. - Calamari: Crispy and cooked to perfection. This does not disappoint. - Corn: LOVE when it's drenched in the crab town sauce. Sweet corn is the best type of corn to use for crab boil. - Potatoes: Perfect texture. Just cut it into smaller bite-sized pieces and let it soak in the crab town sauce. - Shrimp: Always a solid choice. Snow crab and king crab are good too. I prefer the snow crab personally. Overall though, the crab can get dry quickly. Service: Friendly and attentive. Can't go wrong with that combination. To sum up, a great place to try. I am still thinking about those garlic noodles.

It's been a few months since our last meal here. My husband and I have been craving seafood boil for a few weeks, and today's weather cleared up nicely, so we had a family day. We worked up an appetite in the morning, so we were ready to chow down on our favorites: garlic butter wings and fries, calamari and fries, 1 lb of shrimp and mussels in Crabtown sauce with extra garlic, 1 serving of octopus, and a kids chicken strips and fries meal. We asked for everything non-spicy. The wings take a while to cook, so I ordered it right away when our server too our drink order so they can start cooking them. We later placed the rest of our order. All of our food came out at the same time, and we were too busy eating to talk.If you haven't been here before, the tables are covered with a large sheet of paper for easier clean up. (Don't fret, germaphobes! The staff still cleans and disinfects the table and seats after the paper and trash is rolled up and disposed!) No need for plates, so your shells and bones can be placed directly on the table. You can wear a plastic bib to protect your clothes, and plastic gloves are available upon request. Just before your food is served, your server will come with lemon wedges and scoop them onto the paper, and they will give you a small container of seasoning. If you ordered anything that needs utensils, they will bring those to you as well. Drinks come in disposable cups with lids (keeps sauce and seafood sprays and splatters from getting into your drink). After your meal, there is a sink in the dining area where you can wash your hands which frees up the 2 single-stall restrooms for people who need to do more than wash their hands. There are many seating options: booths, booth/chairs, and all chairs. Tables can be moved together for larger parties. I like that tables with chairs can accommodate folks who use a wheelchair or mobility aid. Parking lot is good sized, and there are a few handicap accessible spaces right in front of the restaurant. Crabtown is a family favorite of ours, and we always head over whenever the craving hits.

The best seafood boil flavor (Cajun style) in all of SD that's comparable to Kickin' Crab (iykyk). I've been here a handful of times as it's close by to where I live. If I'm craving a seafood boil, you can find me here! I love how they don't play around with spice. Spicy is the perfect amount but if you're feeling ballsy, get the highest spice (still good but it's like 2x spicy Vulcan). The prices are not the cheapest I've had but honestly I don't mind bc they nailed the sauce down bc there's just the right amount of garlic and Cajun. I LOVE when my sauce is thiccc and this place does it right! The crawfish are HUGE (literally like mini lobsters) and so fresh! The servers are really attentive and friendly. I love it here and will always be back!

Came in for a quick lunch on a Sunday around 1ish. There was one table there already finishing up so we got seated immediately. Our food came out pretty quick and was delicious. Service definitely isn't as attentive as it used to be but for our group we didn't mind because all we really needed was refills and napkins but if you do prefer more attentive service maybe a different time and day will work better. Overall food is delicious but did go up in price, was 3 of us for about $115 before tip... definitely not a bad price.
