My family had a delectable dinner here during our vacation - what a local gem this is!! Family owned, great service, relaxing casual vibes, and the food is delicious!! It's like a Cajun-Asian fusion spot with everything from crab rangoons to gumbo. Very interesting menu and we loved all the items we tried. We were starving when we arrived so we ordered a bunch of stuff to try and I'll give you a word of warning- their portions are very generous so we couldn't finish it all haha! We tried the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Garlic Noodles, Garlic Green Beans, Gumbo, and of course some Crab Rangoon (called "fried crab meat cheese wonton" on their menu lol but it's the same). Everything was excellent - all the flavors you expect and very high quality. We got a "large" side of rice thinking it would be just enough for the three of us and it was massive - enough for more like 5 people I'd say lol. The only thing I didn't like as much was the honey walnut shrimp - the flavor was great but the breading was very thick - but my son loved it so it's more of a personal preference. Their menu is quite varied - they also have a lot of seafood boil options. I was really surprised how empty it was given how great the food was - but it was snowing outside and cold and kind of early in the evening for dinner so that's probably why. Their prices are reasonable and they have lots of parking available. All the staff were friendly and genuinely excited for us to try their food. It's obvious that the staff are a family and it's very sweet - felt like I was having dinner at a friend's house. They also have tons of TVs all around so you don't ever get bored or lonely. We had a great experience and will definitely be back anytime we visit the surrounding Seattle area.

Had this place in my list to try. For those that have been to Crab Pot, they have several seafood boil options in addition to other seafood items like fish and chips, fried softshell crab, fried oysters, etc. in addition to this, they also have Americanized Chinese food. Pretty interesting combination. The food was decent, but service was really good which pushed me to round this rating to 4 stars. As others have mentioned the gloves that are provided make it almost impossible to eat the seafood boil. I decided to just go bare handed and washed my hands afterwards. The seafood boil was more of a seafood mix with a sauce gravy. We picked the Ragin Cajun medium spice which wasn't too spicy at all. Good place to try if you're into seafood boils...plus other menu items that others guests can order if they're not seafood fans

Our first visit to Crab Season & we had high hopes based on the great reviews. Perhaps the best thing about them might be their seafood dishes, but we didn't order these. We were curious about their traditional Chinese food choices so ordered the Cashew Chicken, choosing Fried Rice as our side dish, House Special Chow Mein and Egg Rolls. They were fine, tho nothing special. The Cashew Chicken included a lot of zucchini, which was a nice surprise, but the flavor was a bit funky & I don't remember experiencing this flavor with any Chinese food we've had before. Also, we ordered these for take out and there was an oily sauce mixture in the bottom of the takeout container. Overall, not what we were hoping for, but again since they're known for their seafood - maybe this is what we should have had. Service was quick and portions were perfect for us.

Solid spot and family owned. They were very nice and accommodated us 30 mins before they were closing- we were coming hungry from a hike and craving some good seafood. We got the seafood boil combo #3 (split among 2 people) and got the fusion flavor (all the flavor options combined). Combo #3 has snow crab legs, shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage, potatoes, and corn. The flavor was good but maybe next time I'd try a classic garlic butter flavor or cajun flavor. The seafood was delicious and the potatoes nice and soft- I would definitely come again! It cost us about $76/77 after tax and tip and they were running a special 10% discount on seafood orders. Come Again? Yes! If I'm in the area and craving some seafood boil this is a solid spot- food, price, service- everything!

Surprisingly good restaurant; I can't understand why more people aren't here...THE ROSES: Ample parking. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Service is remarkably quick. We had three dishes from the Chinese menu (we didn't have the Seafood Boil), and were very pleasantly surprised with how tasty and well-prepared they were. Very reasonable prices for the items on the Chinese cuisine menu.THE THORNS: The building has been around a LONG time, and it kind of shows it. While clean, the dining room is definitely a bit 'long in the tooth' in terms of decor and overall condition.THE VERDICT: I think the biggest issue with this restaurant is it suffers from an identity crisis; is it a Cajun seafood boil place or a classic 'Americanized Chinese' restaurant? If you take this place strictly on the merits of its food and service, it's great, but it suffers from a frankly run-down physical plant and confusing concept. If you're strictly here for a delicious, reasonably-priced meal, recommend. If you're looking for an upscale dining experience in a 'see-and-be-seen' environment, not so much.

The prices and portion are hard af to beat for an asian boil place. The butter garlic was a bit light on the sauce I'm trying to feel my arteries clog when i eat this. But seasoning was pretty on point and the soft shell had the perfect texture and fries were also fire. Service is typical for a Chinese place but they care about you a bit more than dim sum places. Would come back with bois for the sizing alone

Went for lunch since I forgot to prep. And glad (maybe not my stomach) I did.For the lunch special I expected a smallish/decent amount but they packed everything they could in the box. Service was fast/only 5 minutes. It was good and it was a crazy amount of value at only $13. Which could last me the entire day.

Great food and ambience. We got the schezwan chicken plate and soft shell crab with onion rings. Food was very good, with a reasonable potion size and value. The service team is very nice and friendly, would definitely recommend this restaurant.
