Coyote Oaties

I frequent this area often for work and have always been curious to try some of these small businesses around downtown Glendale. I was craving a cold drink, so i stumbled in to Coyote Oaties. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted kindly by the staff member working this afternoon and ordered an iced strawberry lemonade. It was cool and so refreshing. I then looked to their baked goods case, and while I'm not usually a fan of oatmeal cookies, they looked so delicious. I ended up grabbing a s'mores and m&m cookie. My plan was to bring the m&m one home to my girls, but that didn't happen because i claimed them all for me :) i enjoyed the s'more one best as i loved the nuts in it, but im looking forward to returning to try more!

As a lover for small, mom& pop coffee shops, I wanted to give coyote oaties a tryI've been here a couple times, all with different experiences.My first time the coffee was way too sweet, I noticed they don't measure their syrup and just pour it in, making every drink inconsistent and different. I wanted to give it another opportunity & try to ask for my drink basic & half sweet.Unfortunately I will not be able to let you know how the drink was due to the elderly women being so rude to me I had to walk out holding my tears.*I was very polite and repeated my order to her two times, I ordered a 16oz drink in a 24 oz with extra ice. ( in my experience I just prefer colder drinks.)The women made ongoing condescending comments to me like " you just don't want to pay for the 24oz ".Save your $$ and just go to homage or black sheep down the street.

The owner has created a great place to dine & relax with coffee, tea,oatmeal cookies homemade, delicious sandwiches and now dinners. Every 2nd & 4th Thursday open mic !Next door a cool antique store just an awesome atmosphere!!!

the salted toffee oatmeal cookie is so amazing. i can't wait to try more of their cookies!

AMAZING cookies. I love coming to this area to grab a drink, look at antique stores, and get a bunch of cookies. If you like oatmeal cookies- coyote oaties is a much.

Cute little mom and Pop shop, didn't try the oatmeal cookies, husband did and love them. I had a sugar-free treat that hit the spot and was glad that they had gluten-free sugar-free options. I also had a hot drink and I can't remember what it was but that also hit the spot chili Phoenix evening. I would highly recommend for a sweet treat in a nostalgic setting.

This place is amazing. I try to come here every weekend. I like their expresso shots and cookies. They employees recognizes faces which makes me feel special.

What a wonderful surprise! We sampled oatmeal cookies (dark chocolate and pecan, walnut and chocolate, and cinnamon and brown sugar) that were decadent, sweet, tasty and and a freshly brewed hot coffee. It's not often that you feel good after eating dessert. A nice little shop that sells assorted baked goods and ice cream. The oatmeal cookies were great!!

Very rude to employees.I was sitting at a table when I saw the owner be unkind and berating to a young girl, which I assume was either a worker or someone she knew. It made me very uncomfortable and ruined my outlook on this place. I will not be visiting again.

They were rude and I found not one but two hairs in my cookies, and when I went to tell the manager she denied it and kept telling me it was my own hair. We got into an argument over it and it was just the worst experience I ever had at a cookie place.
