Cowboy Pizza

Love this pizza spot. Have had several delicious pizzas as take out for the bike shop I work in. Flavorful toppings with a crisp light crust on each pie we have ordered from here. The toppings are fresh and prepared to order each time. Just like it should be. The Thai pizza is my favorite, but wear a bib because the peanut oil is gonna drench your front side if you're not careful. I will always come back for the great food and service at this fine local establishment.

Had a great meatball sandwich yesterday while in the area. Service was great. Bread was toasted just right. Meatball delicious. No complaints here!

GREAT PIZZA!!! The pizza was so good, I should have got an extra for the next day. Walking in Cowboy Pizza the first thing you see is a line. It's pretty busy, but that's okay. The owner is running around doing everything they can to make sure everyone is taken care of. So nice to see this. The cashier was very helpful and kind. The food came out, we ordered a large Caesar salad, spinach artichoke dip with flatbread, and a supreme pizza. The large censers salad isn't really that large, but it was good. The spinach artichoke dip does not look good at all, it looks pretty gross, but I can assure you it taste pretty good. And the pizza, just try it! Very good stuff.

Oh wow, Cowboy pizza! You put other pizzas to shame. So delicious from toppings and cheese to soft and chewy crust. The combination we ordered (Shroom pizza with couple additional toppings) worked out so perfectly. I can't remember the last time I had such delicious slice of pizza. Keep it up! Bring your patience though, ordering over the phone was difficult as it kept going straight to voicemail. This place is packed with lots of takeout orders. Just give it couple months for them to work out the new business hiccups. Enjoy! Highly highly recommend.

Yessss! So excited to finally have a great pizza place in town. This place is AMAZING. We ordered pick up on a Friday night and the wait was about an hour. My husband went to go pick it up with my daughter and the employees helped him carry it to his car because it would have been impossible with the baby. We were so impressed with the customer service. Now the pizza! The Mediterranean was SO GOOD. Packed full of toppings and the crust was super delicious. My husband had the meathead, which he also loved. We got the wagon wheels (pesto) which was the one thing we were not super impressed with. HOWEVER, these pizzas are huge so you don't even really need an app. We're so happy to see them in the neighborhood and will absolutely be returning customers!

First time to get pizza from Cowboy pizza. Love the large size. Appreciate thin crust. But too thin or not baked enough to keep toppings from falling through crust. Artichoke appetizer very good.

My Husband and I went for lunch. We have to say it is the first time the pizza crust end was better than the pizza itself. We purchased a pepperoni pizza and it was drowned in grease.The undercarriage of the pizza was thin as I like but the texture was tough to chew. This is our second visit and I have to say our first visit was stellar. This time not so good.

Here's an update to my original 1-star review regarding customer service and wait times. After posting, the owner reached out to inform me that they had recently made some changes to the staff and improved their customer service standards. I decided to give Cowboy Pizza another try, and while my order did take a bit longer than expected, the customer service was noticeably better this time around. I'm optimistic that they'll continue to maintain this level of service because Cave Creek could really use a great pizza spot. They do make a great Pie!
