Country Scrambled Cafe

Ordered loaded waffle combo with bacon and over hard eggs. Great portion size and was delicious. Husband got same order and said everything was great and freshly made.

This place has great food and drip coffee which made the experience outstanding. Mind you it's a little hole in the wall, doesn't use fine China but who cares the food is really tasty.Did I mention they have a breakfast blend, smooth on the pallet; like it should be. Don't expect a bougie establishment, and let your taste buds enjoy a down home breakfast!

Place is slipping a bit, the food isn't quite like it used to be, and the staff aren't really attentive. I feel like I'm eating at a taco truck with all the disposable plates, trays, cups and the flimsiest plastic cutlery available. They allow parents with little kids to watch loud obnoxious videos on their devices while they eat, this is a small place and that type of thing is offensive and off putting to others. I still like the food but everything about this place was better pre-Covid

Was pretty surprised by this little Diamond in the ruff. We are headed out to East Texas and CSC was on the way out. Easy access off the HWY, and a great home cooking type place. Stopped for breakfast, table of 5. Pretty small interior and for sure feels like a whole in the wall type joint but you can tell it's family owned and they love what they do. Food was out quick and hot. The food was good but kinda bland. I just love the mom and pop type feel. Great staff.

Breakfast. There's just something about being served on paper plates, that's not very enticing. Nice little place however the food was not very warm, about a minute to calling it cold. This was my first visit. I'll give them another shot. Now the Humble location is fantastic!!!
