Service was pretty standard when we came here but the quality of the food at this place is 10/10. I got the carne asada fries and wet burrito with carnitas. The wet burrito was good, but I thought the carnitas were alittle bit on the dry side. I feel like if it was a bit more moist, it would've been perfect. For around $10 for both items, it was huge. Portions are really worth your bang for the buck. Carne asada fries were plentiful and literally kept me full for atleast 2 days. Meat was not tough at all. Would definitely recommend you guys to come here since everything was worth.

My favorite fast-food taco shop in San Diego! I've been going here for over 20 years, and they are one of the best. The service is always fast and efficient, and the staff are all super friendly. They definitely have had some "off-days" over the years, but they are truly one of the best in the business. It is one of the true local San Diego taco shops that have stood the test of time. Keep in mind - it's about as authentic as a fast-food taco shop can get, but it's not like the taco stands in South Bay. Totally different vibes, but so good in its own way. A true SD staple. I normally get either the California burrito, carne asada fries, nacho supreme, or rolled tacos (beef) with rice and beans. Pro tip - add sour cream and guac to your rolled tacos! Their sides of tortillas, hot carrots, rice, beans, sour cream, etc. are all really great. Some of my other favorite dishes are their chilaquiles, potato tacos, potato burrito, bean & cheese burrito, mixed burrito, carne asada taco, and shredded beef burrito. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong! They're open 24/7 and their food after a night out is the best cure for any hangover. They have plenty of parking and seating inside and out on the patio. It can get pretty busy on Friday nights and weekends, especially late at night when everyone comes after the bars close! If you're in a rush, you can call in your order and pick it up. If you are visiting San Diego or in the area, definitely take a trip here!

How have I not reviewed this place? This is our staple whenever we visit SD now. When I lived in the area, I'd come here at least once a week and eat 2 california burritos in one sitting. This was a weekly diet for me as a college student. Especially since they're open 24 hours and you could hit it up after the clubs. I'm far from those late night college days, but they continue to offer my favorite SD burrito flavors and I think it begins with their salsa. Somewhat creamy with the perfect amount of kick. Drench every bite in it and everything just comes together. California Burrito (5): Call me biased but this place put california burritos on the map for me. Back around 2001 is when we discovered this place, and this is what we got. Rolled Tacos (4): My wife loves these. They do a good job. Always crispy and loaded with guac and cheese. Again, throw that salsa on there and its pretty good. Krispy Chicken Burrito (4): This one is pretty new to me but my son wanted it so we decided to try it. It was pretty good too. You guessed it, it has krispy chicken inside. Fish burrito (5): not my first choice, and honestly I wouldn't have even tried it but my wife ordered it. I must admit, it was really good. Moist and flavorful fish. And I think they just do burrito's well here. Again, throw their salsa on there and its another winner. To this day, I still call this place Coti's. It does bring back a lot of college memories. It did go a little downhill for a few years and we started venturing out to other taco shops. Our most recent visit though was on point so they're back on the map in my book as one of my go-to burrito spots in SD.

It's an unassuming place next to a gas station. We needed a quick meal before the airport and my son says they make very good burritos. When we entered the gentleman behind the counter was busy with another order but he apologized and said he would be right with us. We ordered the carne asada and al pastor burritos. The carne asada burrito had steak and guacamole ($11.50). The al pastor's meat is smokey and spicy ($12.30) and also paired with guacamole inside. Both were hefty and delicious. I liked their green salsa. It was a filling meal.

The carne asada tacos were tender and flavorful, and the homemade tortillas were a game-changer. Friendly service and great value for the price.

Got a late night delivery. The California burrito was good, especially with the hot salsa. Good portion size too. Also had a chicken quesadilla which wasn't great.

I ordered no beans and got beans. They gave me a new burrito, but the cheese was not warm in the chili relleno and there was this weird mush. The meat is not very good. There's many other options for burritos.

Ambiance was the only thing lacking at this amazing gem! The burritos were HUGE and amazing! Full of fresh, home-cooked flavor. This was recommended to me by a friend who grew up in this area and swore by it. I was not disappointed! #burrito #freshflavor
