This is a review for their $8.50 breakfast burritos. My hubby had the chorizo and I had the sausage. It's made to order on a seasoned grill and even for take out, it's still piping hot. I had mine with no cheese and with the avocado spicy cream it was perfect. It was scrumptious and not greasy in the least bit. This is something I wouldn't mind having for lunch or dinner it's comfort food bundled up neatly you can easily eat this on the road.Inside the gas station but basically like a taco food truck place. Unpretentious.

The ambiance isn't the best, but the food is, so order take-out. Don't make the mistake I did the first time and miss out on the sauces that are included, they make the GREAT food even better.

This is a good little taco place inside the Exxon (used to be a 76) gas station on Hwy 2. Like other inside gas station taco places, it's basically a taco truck in a convenience store (no, there's not a truck).Tacos were good. Could use a touch more seasoning. They don't have lengua (tongue), cabeza/barbacoa (cheek), or tripa (tripe) right now. They are on the menu but crossed out. They told me it was because they've only been opened three weeks and weren't busy enough yet to offer that much variety. Hmm. Chicken and egg to me. You need to offer them.I also had a tostada/chalupa. All good except the shell was just pulled out of a bag and used directly, so it wasn't reheated or fried at all. That results in in getting soggy quickly. Toppings on the tostada were good though. It's an okay place, and I am sure they will get a lot of business once the gas station conversion from 76 to Exxon is done (site is kind of a construction mess at the moment). But they need to up their game a bit to compete in Monroe because there are several better taco trucks and taquerias in Monroe.I'll return in six or seven months and see if they've improved.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a breakfast burrito to fuel up before heading up to the mountains. We found this hidden gem inside a Mobil Gas Station and checked it out! It was the first gas station to the right off HWY 2. They had sausage, bacon and chorizo for their breakfast burrito and came with hot sauce and spicy avocado crema sauce, which was delicious! We will be going back again for sure!

I came here because of reviews and I was not disappointed.Food: tastes authentic and very good as expected. A little on the salty side.Service: it was excellent. The girl accommodated to my needs and preferences. Checked on me, etc. It is fast food so immediate.Price: it was reasonable.Portions: it was alright.Ambience: it's in a gad station but somehow the energy was amazing. Very nice!I little too salty for me but I won't be salty and not give five stars here. I will be back here.

The place is inside a gas station food mart and quaint, very clean kitchen. The food is cooked, prepared in front of you with fresh, chilled ingredients with reasonable prices. Friendly chef Aurora cook, prep, serve you with a smile. I ordered to-go a Carne Asada breakfast burrito with hashbrowns, eggs, Carne Asada, and cheese (Monterey?) wrapped in a large flour tortilla and a Chorizo breakfast burrito with hashbrowns, eggs, Chorizo, and cheese (Monterrey?) wrapped in a large flour tortilla. It comes with homemade fresh delicious green and red salsa. I'll come back to try their other dishes and post more review, pix to follow. Also, Aurora is respectful of the COVID protocols, mandates to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our daughter introduced us to her favorite gas station Mexican food on the way to Stevens Pass. While I haven't tried any of the other options on this route, I don't feel a need to.We had their 5 tacos for $11 special, plus a few other assorted tacos, and topped it off with their amazing Quesabirria (basically a small birria quesadilla dipped in birria broth and fried) - messy but spectacular. There is seating at the counter (delightful for watching the friendly staff work), or if weather permits, there are picnic tables outside with a view of the gas pumps. This gem is not well marked - it's in the Food Mart at the Mobil station on Rt 2, just a few blocks from the intersection with Rt 522.

Forget all your plans, take a seat at their little bar, and hand over all your lunch money. Best tacos I've had in 20 years here in Washington. My husband went back for a second lunch because he just had to try more things. Who knew a gas station would house such a treasure? Lastly, do not skip over the sauces in the squeeze bottles - especially the creamy jalapeño one!
