Mi Pueblo Market is in the tiny strip mall in front of Albertson's. I had to double check the address to make sure I had the right place. I got some of the bread/pastries/cake from the bakery section - 2 for $1, they were ok (nothing special but great for the price!).What I really came for was the Cubano sandwich - I LOVED Palador Cubano (on 90th and Aurora - now closed but the new place serves a Cubano sandwich). It was just ok - the bread was a little dry, some of the meat was overcooked and there was to much mustard. The sandwich had a huge amount of meat, it was worth the $5.95 but I probably won't be back. I might go back to try the Cuban Coffee or if they decide to service yucca frites, I'm there! This is definitely for take-out not dine-in.

5 STAR Tamales! Best, Best in the area. Call ahead to pick up the next day and you'll have your favorites ready. The chicken tamales, both kinds, are our favorites. The place is all smiles and good service. And, they are sweet when I try out my high school Spanish. I hope they know it is out of respect and because I want to learn more! Been going here for about a year and I'm so glad I found Mi Pueblos tamales!

The Cuban Sandwich made by Chef Noslen is muy delicioso! A perfect blend of meat, cheese, and the fixins nestled between scrumptious Cuban bread is my favorite! I highly recommend taking a friend and sharing some Cuban coffee as well, like nothing you've ever tasted.

So glad to find a panaderia/carnaceria in town near me! Went in and the girl by the counter smiled. I got the conche multi-color bread, 2 for $1, I love these things. They had a lot more in the bakery section to choose from, maybe next time. When I went to check out, I saw they had tamales, fried bananas, and Salvadorean pupusas, too. I will be back for sure for the prices :)

All the basics needed for a good time-Mexico style. Freshness and quality was there, in the meat cases, produce, pastries area, so no complaints. They also have a legit selection of in house cooked dishes for a reasonable price: Adobada tacos, pan dulce, tamales, frutas, licuados, if you like your mexican food legitimately ethnic, then check this spot out!

Tiny little market, but if you go to the back butcher counter you can order food. Kind of a weird little set up, but the Tripas and Carnitas tacos are pretty good. Super small, like 2-3 bite small, but pretty good. And cheap! Not sure what else they make. Didn't see any menu. There is just a poster of food in the window with a couple benches inside. Definitely worth a little more exploration.
