Cosmos

This lounge has an amazing happy hour menu! We stayed at hotel Bellevue after a cruise out of Seattle. We wanted a place to relax & unwind before we traveled back home. This was it! The hotel gave us a $25 credit for dinner at cosmos. So happy we opted to stay at the hotel for dinner rather than be tempted to go to the square nearby that has restaurants galore!We had:Pork sliders - 5 spice was heavy but oh so flavorful if you like 5 spice, which we do.Cheeseburger- mmmmm, meat was so flavorful & the secret sauce was a nice touch! Came with garlic fries, win!Roasted cauliflower- hubby loved it. Pine nuts & a light cumin flavor.And the drumroll please-Mushroom raviolis with walnuts & bacon. Holy crap this was so flipping good. I honestly thought they came from a 5 star restaurant.He also had 3 beers (happy hour beer was $3.50) and brought 2 more larger beers back to the room.Total with tip for all of these happy hour gems was $75, then -$25 hotel credit.We spent $50 and ate & drank like kings & queens!!!!Good thing we worked out at the club/spa before (which is also complimentary with hotel stay)! Indoor pools & hot tubs, indoor tennis, basketball, yoga/spin, machines galore.... plus hot & dry saunas, kids gaming area with Nintendo switch & foosball!So happy we stayed here!Oh and we had breakfast at their cafe Splash the next morning..... excellent! Eggs Benedict & potatoes!!!!!

Food was great, service was good, prices were ok. Drinks were a little expensive. I would likely come here again. We ordered fish for my main course and it was good.

Lately I've been taking my lunch meetings over here. There is something about the eclectic decor and food details that make venue very appealing to me. It helps to be a guest of hotel or the Club but I doubt you'll be turned away. Just dress the part and visit.

Excellent atmosphere, delicious cocktails and food. Service is excellent, bartender could be a bit faster, but overall a great lounge to chill

This bar and lounge is located in the Bellevue Club, off the hotel lobby and adjacent to the Polaris restaurant. It's easy to walk from the hotel lobby or the restaurant into Cosmos without even realizing you're in the lounge, which includes a bar area with a giant flat screen and an indoor patio area. Both are very comfortable with a pleasant ambiance. The service was very nice. It took us forever to order but he stayed cool. Although the bar menu is limited, you can order off the Polaris menu, too, so there were plenty of dishes to choose from, including numerous seafood options such as salmon, swordfish, halibut, etc. But only the salmon was fresh. I took a chance on the swordfish and it was delicious. All in all a very good experience.

Just stated coming here. Joined the Bellevue club summer 2021. Carlos is the man behind the bar!

Went there for a date and it was great. Food was ok but ambience and service was good.

Cosmos is a little tuck away inside the Bellevue Club Hotel where we stayed. It has an amazing happy hour menu and food is high quality. A lot of fresh PNW seafood selections and we tried the mussels and cod, huge beet salad that two can share, and the bread pudding is done very well. Another plus is that the beer arrived very cold. Service is good but can be slow at times depends on time of the day because it is open to club members or hotel guests only. There is also outside seating available. Enjoy and highly recommended.

Stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed Cosmos! Stayed for a week and kept going back. Carlos the bartender rocks!! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and an all around great bartender! Cheers!
