The botana for 4 fed about 10 guests I had in a private party. The service is outstanding and fast. Food was delicious and hot!! It was delicious!!

Got some of the enchilada plate. Beans were good. Rice was very dry and the cheese was not melted.

My girl and I decided to hunt for a new year's day lunch spot and surprisingly came across this place. She is familiar with the McAllen location and likes it so we decided to give this place a shot. Only a little parking up front, but it looked like there was more around the back and side. The place was not packed so we were allowed to choose our seats. The dining area is not that large so I can see it getting packed during busy times. We both loved the big mural on one wall. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. They apparently will join tables for large groups and will also reserve such arrangements.I ordered a very tasty michelada that was supposed to be extra spicy, but to me it was just regular spicy. Still delicious though! Salsa for chips were both good. Red was tasty, but not spicy. The green was delicious and very spicy. I ordered the carne guisada plate with flour tortillas. The portions were huge and delicious. Very tender and delicious meat. Great rice and slightly salty but flavorful beans. My tortillas were so fluffy and took me back to my mom's better cooking days. My girlfriend ordered the beef chalupas and although they came without beef, she enjoyed them very much. The no beef error was not mentioned to the waitress so no idea how a fix would have gone. Prices are very good the food portions. The quality of the food was fresh and delicious. Overall a great little Mexican restaurant to try if in the area or if you don't want to travel to the McAllen location.

Always a great time eating here. I typically order to go breakfast, but dinner here is really good. Great service with complimentary chips and salsa

Fantastic food and friendly service. The portions were generous enough that I had lunch & dinner! I had chicken fajitas with charro bean soup.

Well; part of this is on us. It was completely in Spanish/mexican? . We tried to use our phone to translate. It didn't work well. But we did order our food and it was okay. Our server was as helpful as possible. It appears to be a family ran place. Which we like to suppprt.

Food was delicious, and customer service was top tier. I had a big order and they threw in a gallon of iced tea for free.

Love, love, love this place!!!!! Such a great place to eat. I suggest you order the botana. You can order either chicken or fajitas. Great service to boot. I highly recommend all three restaurants, each one of them good.

Good food, service is ok , seems like servers are overwhelmed , parking lot is small pretty much all locations

The salsa and chips are delicious! I ordered entomatadas de queso and they was so tasty. My spouse ordered a parrillada for one and was amazed by the portion! Needless to say, we both ordered carry out boxes for our leftovers. I went on a Thursday at 2pm and it was not packed, waiters are friendly and overall nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!
