I have used them for years and now they have Ozempic (Semaglutide). Great for weight loss

Took a friend in for Botox and fillers. The change in her appearance was astounding. She is 78 and could easy pass for 60 now. The nurse injector numbed her prior to doing fillers, not everywhere does that. The bruising was minimal.

I love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else! I have lost about 15 pounds in two weeks because of the help of this clinic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for help with their weight loss!

Went for an important exam and was greeted and treated nicely when I was there. I called later with a question regarding a shot I had gotten and got transferred to Crystal who gave me the shot, she was rude over the phone and completely brushed me off. Don't be nice in person and rude over the phone.

I had hair remove,The lady had pregnant with light hair did a good job for me,but the new young lady just did for me the last time so quickly and I didn't like her.She didn't do good and not nice.

Losing weight has always been the easier task, keeping it off is the tougher job. I had tried a few times, but to no good. But, I decided to give it one last shot when I went to Z Med Clinic earlier this year. Not only did I lose nearly 30 pounds, I have also managed to keep it to a healthy figure since. I am healthier and happier now! The staff did a great job in supporting me throughout.

I am (well was) a patient at the San Antonio location which apparently closed at the end of the year. I have a medical condition (not weight loss) that requires monthly monitoring and medication, so I called to schedule my monthly follow-up appointment and was told that the office has been closed and "may" open at a new location in March. I was not notified and asked how was supposed to get a refill on my medication for this month. Their response was that I can either drive 300 miles round trip to Corpus Christi or 400+ miles round trip to Houston to see one of their physicians there. It isn't enough that I was given no notice, but they didn't even provide a feasible alternative for existing patients. Based on my understanding all of these clinics are run by the same people. I have no idea what I am going to do since I can't just jump to another doctor and have them refill my medication, they don't know me and likely will need time to understand my treatment. The doctor that was at the clinic in San Antonio had been my physician for many years, so enough time was taken to find a treatment that works. This is so unprofessional and shows that they have no concern for their patients.
