Yorktown Christian Academy

YCA has been beyond amazing to our family for the past two years! Our son attended 7th and 8th grade and came here as a military family and did not know anyone. YCA teachers and staff are dedicated to the education and love of the Lord within our children. YCA also goes above and beyond in providing fun activities and events all year long! We are blessed with finding YCA and recommend this school to your family!

I may be partial, my Mom is the 1st grade teacher, but the impartial side of me will say that Yorktown Christian Academy is a great place for your kids to go. A child-product of Christian education my entire life, I can vouch that its worth every penny. The teachers at Yorktown are all loving, caring and wonderful teachers.Try Mrs. Harbst's 1st grade class - she's the best!

My daughter has attended all of middle school and she has been so happy at YCA. The teachers are fantastic and really care about their students. Your child gets lots of one on one attention. It's a family atmosphere and the kids are very close due to the small class size. The teachers foster a Christian atmosphere of acceptance and true friendship. Best decision we ever made. I would recommend this school to anyone thinking of private school. Update: I would like to add my daughter is now almost done with her first year of high school (public). She is taking all advanced classes. She is making all A's. Yorktown prepared her well for high school. Not a week goes by that she doesn't mention how much she misses Yorktown and all the friends she made there. As we look back, seeing how she is thriving in high school, we know Yorktown was the place for her.
