Very disappointed in this company. Had a party scheduled in March of 2020 and of course could not have it due to COVID. Now we have a location in Brownsville where we live and have a new party scheduled for later this month. Would the San Benito location transfer the previous deposit??? NO!!! We are still supporting the business just at a closer location. On top of that I had to call multiple times to get the answer. Very unhappy. Don't use this location come to Brownsville.

This place is fun! The prices are reasonable by comparison to other trampoline parks, and they have activities within the different zones to make it even more interesting (dodge ball, foam pit, etc). They place a colored band on your wrist to mark the allotted time you've paid for, and when they call that color, your session has ended. I do recommend filling out the release waiver online before you get there. We ended up standing in line only to be told we had to go to a back wall to sign waivers and then re-enter the pay line after that. It was a bit frustrating, because the entrance takes you to the pay line; it would be helpful if there were signs posted to let people know they had to walk to the other end to access the computer system for release waivers prior to entering the pay line. However, you can avoid this by filling the form out online before you get there. You have to use the designated trampoline socks which are not expensive - I think it was $2 for each pair. Our kids had a blast and didn't want to leave!

Dirty and run down, dead and quiet, overall very dull and sad. Looks like if depression manifested into a building. Not to mention the absurd prices and essentially the scamming and purposeful misinformation on display. The only good looking thing which is the inflatable part of the building is in a whole separate package that you have to pay for in addition to everything else. Do not come here unless you have some spare money to burn. Also not to mention the employees were wearing some stank cologne, only added to the already sad and diluted atmosphere.

We had our son's birthday party for this first time in here and we are very disappointed, especially with the staff at the laser tag. He didn't even speak to use not even once or help use at all on how to put the gear to play. Then they are very unorganized when it comes to serve the food or drinks. I really don't recommend this place for your birthday party.I will call to complain this situation with the manager.

My family and I went roller skating at Xtreme jump during the holidays. While skating, a child using a skater trainer fell and the skater trainer flew in the path of my daughter. She was trying to pUsh it away but instead fell and she broke her ankle in two places. None of the worKers there bothered to come and help my daughter off the skatIng rink floor. Another couple helped and assisted on helping my daughter off thee skate floor. Finally, I had to beg for a worker to help me. They didn't bother to fill out an accident report. I had to ask for them to fill it out, and to top that, they didn't even allow me to have a copy. So it turns out my daughter had major surgery to correct her broken ankle. It is not safe to skate there. It is very dangerous. There is no staff supervision and the skater trainers are a high risk for injury
