Xpress Burgers is a to go shop located inside of Exxon Mobile gas station on Mckinzie Rd and I-37 Access Rd. Prices are pretty affordable with a burger for $8.99 and combos between $10.99-$12.99.You walk in, decide what you want, and write it on the order slip. Then hand it to one of the workers and they will prepare it! It costs .99 cents extra for grilled onions and jalapeno. What I ordered:Cheeseburger with grilled onions/jalapenos and pepper jack cheese - The first thing I noticed is that the burger is super greasy. That really is the only negative. The beef tastes good, grilled veg is not overdone, and the bun was fantastic!Honestly, the burger I had was pretty good and I would come back for it. The price is fair, size is big, and definitely filled me up. Just watch out for all the grease. It was leaking through my paper bag.

Yes it's a gas station burger place - and the food is awesome. You can eat there at two small tables but we took it home to enjoy. We had the express cheesesteak just exactly as it's prepared with pepper jack cheese, fries with the special sauce and it was delicious. The service was quick. You fill out the ticket so they get it your way and they prepare it fresh. It was packed very nicely so when we arrived home it was hot and the fries were crisp. We checked out the food and found it to be as special as others reviewed it. Read the other reviews for more details and pictures like we did. Hands down the best burger I've had in my life the food took about 5-7 minutes that's because it's fresh the location is next to a jack in the box and a hotel which is in a gas station they give you paper menus and a pen which you give them and they start preparing your food there is two tables but of course I just took it home the meat was the right amount of soft the price is reasonable for the best burgers in south Texas

People weren't lying, these are some of the best burgers in the Coastal Bend. Yes, it may be in a gas station, but the burgers are fresh and flavorful, the french fries are battered to perfection, and the homemade sauce is the cherry on top. I highly recommend, worth the 20 min drive from Corpus!

I didn't like the burgers. So greasy I couldn't eat it. I know burgers are greasy, but this was more than I could handle. We went through the drive thru to take home. Service was like any drive thru. We didn't go inside but I doubt there would be any ambience at a gas station.

The best burger I have had in a long time. The burger was juicy and delicious. Made to order. The service was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. I will have to check out the back porch to eat my lunch.

So it's a gas station/hamburger joint so seating is very limited. The staff is very friendly and will make suggestions if asked. I ordered a single cheese burger with jalapeños. I'd say it was a delicious smashed burger packed full of veggies and the cheese had a nice crunch on the sides. The fries were crinkle cut cooked well. When driving through I'll go back.
