I would Not recommend Women's & Mens Clinic Dillon Corpus Christi TX 78415 to anyone. I had my appointment yesterday 07/05/2022 @8:15. As I walked in about 8:07 I got rudely ,verbally attacked by the receptionist as she waved the remote turning on the TV in the lobby. She stated that she did not have to open the door because they don't open til 8:15 & that the only reason she did is because of the 2 patients before me... I was like okay..In shock of her lack of respect or professionalism towards me. This was so unexpected & upset me because I just left a man a week ago due to his abusive behavior..That I'm so used to not saying anything & just put up with disrespect.So I didn't say anything but thank thank you. When I should immediately asked for an office manager. But I gave them the benefit Of the doubt & tried to check in peacefully. But as soon as I asked if they tested for Hep C? They gave me a look like I was contagious & assumed that that is why I had scheduled my appointment & that if I did I was in the wrong place. I had to repeat several times that I scheduled because I was due for a pap smear & I had requested testing for STD'S & HIV. They said that they would test me. Then they call me back & the certified medical assistant could not spell out my prescriptions such as Remeron...Really?? I felt like I was in the twilight zone. She was asking me to spell out. I wasvthinking to myself "I was like where did you get your certificate for your CNA??" She looked & sounded tired & was getting frustrated because her lack of medical terminology. Then to make matters worse they forgot to test me for HIV. I didnt realize til I was already home. But by then I was disgusted with the Women's & Mens Clinic Dillon CC TX 78415. And was not about to go back .Ever for that matter. If only they would've been professional, polite & courteous to me & been knowledgeable they wouldn't have been rude,crude & socially unexceptable.They were rushing me in & rushing me out like I was such an inconvenience to their morning. It's no wonder why they forgot to test me for HIV. I don't know about anyone else but this is life & death. It is important to test what the patient requested, especially when u tell me it would be done.It was difficult enough to go with me being nervous about testing. So I entrusted in staff to take care of me in the sense of making sure that I have exactly what I scheduled for, done. Nope,unfortunately it did not happen. Women's & Mens Dillon Clinic Corpus Christi TX 78415 are just incompetent.However , Corpus Christi Care Center was everything that Dillon Clinic wasn't.. That should've been.. That is receptionist there had a friendly greeting. Could & did answer all my questions & concerns without hesitation & frustration. Reassured me that they were going to take good care of me at my visit.. They were AWESOME!!

Came in for an annual physical during COVID & was well taken care of by staff. Was given gloves at the door to prevent any exposure. They also provide masks but I brought my own. The practitioner Gabby was really nice & professional; she made me feel comfortable & seemed to know what she was doing & was very explanatory. Only bad thing I could say is I had to call the front desk for toilet paper in the ladies restroom. But I'm sure the ladies are extremely busy with patients during this pandemic. I'll be back again for my next annual !!
