Wingstop

The food was okay. Was luke warm sometimes but all my friends seem to enjoy it. The music playing was always hype so that's a good thing. Service takes a while tho. 6/10 -IGN

While, there's a long wait for ordering food online and/or dining in, don't go in hungry. They will take any where from 30 minutes to an hour to complete your order. But knowing that, and planning accordingly, you will get some Great Wings.

My third time here and I guess I didn't learn from the other two times but this one takes the cake. Waited over an hour for tenders. The wings I've tried before are not impressive and totally not worth it. Go somewhere else. There are larger wing places with three times the amount of orders and you don't wait this long. I wasn't the only customer upset. Another guy was so angry he was yelling at the cooks for waiting over an hour as well. The people were nice about but when you see numerous customers go in and out before you get your order, it's not acceptable

Quick stop to grab dinner and was surprised that they were pet friendly! Very inviting atmosphere and man the wings were delicious! Love that we can watch as they prep our order! Wingstop has never let me down!

I understand that Wingstop is busy on a Friday night. When I arrived originally it was 20 minutes after I ordered. My order says 18-24 min. When I asked the guy at the counter how much longer he tells me "maybe 30 min I don't know." I go outside and waited about 20 more minutes and go back in he tells me no we haven't got to them yet. I then tell him I want a refund. He gives me attitude and tells me you're not going to get any money back for 2 to 3 weeks. I told him that's fine. Then he said you're going to have to wait because my manager is busy. I told him what's the difference I've been waiting anyway. Then he tells me that I don't need to be rude. I kinda laughed it off. Then he walked away again. Talked to another employee for a few minutes. Even leaning on the shelf's while he waits . Then he decided to tell his manager Ram that was waiting for him. Within a minute Ram was at the register ensuring me that he will get this over to his manager via txt tonight and that I would be refunded in 2-3 days. I guess the moral of this story is no one at this Wingstop has mastered the Concept of time. If you need a wing order you may need to order a day in advance.

Worst wing stop I've ever been to. Totally filthy, cashier basically rolls her eyes at your order and when it was all said and done.. my wings had no sauce or anything on it. Just oil. Literally traumatized me from going to wingstop in the future.

I called in an order from the parking lot and saw who picked up the phone and took my order. That lady got off her shift when my food was "ready". I walked in to see if my order was ready and a red haired lady asked me if I was picked I told her my name and she said there was no one under that name. I told her my order and she still said no. Finally I ask her to name the pick up orders and she had my name under something that still rhymed with my name. If it seems like the person took my order messed up on my name just give me the food.. The red haired lady was giving me attitude all throughout our conversation.

The fries are cold and super soft. Chicken is hard to put back into the fryer many times.Disappointed.

I have been here multiple times and I can say plan on adding 30 minutes to your order ETA. Wait times are usually around 45 minutes and often over an hour. On my most recent visit the wait time was listed at 48 minutes- I showed up one hour after placing the order and still had to wait 25 minutes in-store.Food's decent but not worth the frustration. Get your wings from somewhere else.

I went and ordered an 8 piece with fries and drink. Hawaiian sauce. It was a 25 minute wait. So I went down to another store for 15 minutes. Returned in plenty of time to wait longer. I brought my order home to find I only had 7 pieces. Over sauced. They were soggy. The fries barely qualified as cooked. I will cook them later so I can eat them. Also soggy. Not worth the money. No quality control.
