I love all of the vets at this clinic! My family has been going to them for over 50 years. They are knowledgeable, loving to animals, make excellent decisions and are very fair at pricing. They never take advantage. Their surgeons are skilled and they give excellent care! I highly recommend them and use for my own personal animals!

This is probably the best vet I have ever been to. We were seen at our appointment time and had minimal wait in the exam room. The vet tech was professional but friendly. Dr. Lowell is the best. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that we might have. I don't know if they are any more expensive than anyone else, but I felt like the prices were reseasonable. A big plus is that they have an online pharmacy. We order all 3 of my canine masters heartworm/flea and tick treatments and they are delivered to my door. I highly recommend them for your fur babies.

I have been coming here since 2017, I love this place! The vets are amazing and so knowledgeable. This is the only vet I have been to that is reasonably priced and provides great service. I cannot thank/recommend the people of Windsor park animal hospital more!

My three year old Russian Blue kitty (female) was having trouble urinating and had a small of amount of blood in her urine. On top of that, she'd been scratching like crazy and I couldn't tell if it was fleas or allergies. I'd been bathing her every week to rid her of fleas but it didn't stop the scratching. I took her in on a Saturday walk-in on 9/1/18. Dr. Burk was fantastic. She properly diagnosed both issues and now our cat is back to her playful, happy self.Sadly, our kitty was repeatedly misdiagnosed at another vet clinic and had to suffer longer than necessary. I only wish I'd gone to Windsor Park Animal Hospital years ago. It's no wonder they have so many positive reviews. They've earned them.

I thought this place was an okay place for my dog to go nothing super special but nothing terrible... well today I called in to request some ear wash be made for my Lab and they told me it would be ready after lunch. I called to kindly inform them (which I didn't even have to call back at all) that I had found some wash they made me a few months back from her last ear infection so I wouldn't be needing it anymore. Who is going to pay for another one when they already have one??? The lady on the phones tone was completely rude. She sighed and sounded very irritated that I found my old one. She just hung the phone up....Things like this prevent me from giving my service to places. You deal with the public, you should be more polite. Period.

It is unfortunate that this is the only vet in town that will take birds. Our pet bird had a respiratory tract infection and no tests were done on him, as for birds it can be anything from mites to fungus to bacteria. He just felt around on him, guessed and gave us antibiotics. And when we brought him back as he was just getting worse, he said he was "fine" and didn't give us anything for him. He has since passed away and his last few days were filled with suffering. I am appalled the vet just guessed at what it could be and hand waved us off instead of taking this life threatening illness seriously and running tests to see what kind of medicine he actually needed.I cannot say what kind of care dogs and cats receive at this clinic. They may be great for all I know. But we lost a family member today and won't be back

I can't say anything about their care for other animals, but I wouldn't recommend taking any birds to them, especially if you are concerned that your feather baby may have a life threatening condition.I tried to trust in Dr. Pigott's diagnosis of my baby, but with my baby now dead, I would say his diagnosis was far from correct.Having read all the tests needed to be performed upon avian species for infectious diseases and other ailments, none of which were performed.I felt like the entire process was a guessing game. One which shouldn't be played with a precious little life.I won't be returning with any of my feather babies again.
