I cannot say enough good things about this shoe store! Excellent customer service that really took their time to find out my feet needs and helping explain to me the importance of arch support. They have a machine that you walk on and basically takes a diagnostic of your foot to get the best fitting shoes. I never thought I needed this being a younger client, and I have had fantastic results putting over 75 miles per week on my shoes. Love the shoe selection for both sandals and tennis shoes with orthopedic needs. They even took the extra mile when I had an issue with one of my shoes--replacing it without any questions and making sure I was really happy with the result. Support local shoe stores and don't just buy online! Highly recommended to educate yourself on foot needs.

The customer service here is outstanding! I have never gone to a place of business who shows such a high level of concern. My fiancé found a pair of shoes to wear for our wedding, but were only available in a size 6, she wears between a 4.5 and 5. Needless to say the shoes were unwearable. She brought them to Williams and informed them of the situation and they didn't even hesitate to begin helping. They used their own products to place in the shoe and make it a perfect fit. The shoes now fit as if they were made for my fiancé. When we offered to pay they laughingly shook their head and said it was their pleasure to be able to help. They took their time and product and gave them to us just to be helpful. This is a place that I would highly recommend if you're looking for someone to help you that has your best interest at heart, and not just another sale.

Also, they will take your name and number and give you a call when a pair of shoes comes in that you might want. This is exceptional customer service, the likes of which you seldom find anymore.

This is the BEST shoe store I have ever worked with! The customer service is unlike any other place. Bill the owner went through every channel he knew to help me find my grandmothers signature red Tala boots that she has bought for years because of the perfect fit and style. He called the manufacturer !! who does that for their customer ?!?! He will have my families business for the rest of our lives. You just cant beat that dedication to customer service through the internet. He will spend time with you and make sure the shoe you buy is really going to fit your needs, your style, and most importantly your foot. They even have a machine that measures your foot and identifies your pressure points. Bill, I thank you ! I highly recommend this store if you are tired of just getting nonsense from the big shoe stores or the internet while having to constantly return shoes because you did not like what you ordered or they did not fit. They will help you get it right the first time without the nonsense!
