Whataburger

As a fellow Texan there ain't much needed to say about Whataburger...but I will say this about this one, I love the Western cowboy feeling u get when in here. The horse mural is quite a sight for sore eyes.The place itself was well kept and clean and the burgers well you know the Whataburger burger...

Do I have to leave a star? They weren't even worthy of a one star review. Took my granddaughters to WhatABurger for a last day of school treat. Big fail on WhatABurger !!! I had ordered ahead of time on my app to win the coveted awards so we wouldn't have to wait in line. It was noon and quite busy. Our food was over twenty minutes late even though we had gone up several times to check on food. When it arrived at our table, not only was the hamburgers cold but so were the fries! Thankfully the shakes were cold and apple pie hot. Can someone please explain how cold hamburger patty and French fries are possible during the lunchtime hour... threw the entire mess away. This restaurant was filthy ....dirty tables, paper products on the floor, full trash receptacles, drink area sticky and no unsweetened ice tea.. Its safe to say that Whataburger restaurant is no longer Texas proud! Being from Wisconsin, I had hope that the Chicago owners would be more hands on like McDonalds. Guess not. Once a flagstaff restaurant for Kingsville, now just another dump. The girls and I pinky swore; never again!

Thank you Whataburger early morning manager!! As we were traveling from Dallas to the valley we had to stop to eat a little & this guy was so sweet & made me feel so welcome. Not like others take your order & next he talked to me as if I was visiting him. I live meeting pole like that I wish I got his name. But be grateful for awesome employees

We needed a bathroom break and refreshments during our five hours drive to Harlingen. Bathrooms were semi-clean, 3 Stars. Milkshakes were cold, sweet, and thick, worthy of 5 Stars. Grand total of 4 stars.

Valerie was awesome! 3 in the morning had the best customer service we've had in months! She made our night!

Not at all satisfied with the service, the employees look lazy and they left out half of what I ordered

Food was great. Food came fast. Service was nice. The place is cold. -1 star. The place looks nice and big in the inside +1 star. Result? 5 stars. This is the best whata I've been to.

Amazing Service!! My church made a stop here on our way to a retreat. They took care of us & fed us so quickly & efficient. There was about 90 of us on the bus. It was honestly impressive!!

The food speaks for itself. it is nothing like how these reveiws say.

DELICIOUS food great service great staff overall EXCELLENT been to plenty of whataburger and this one was the bomb FANTASTIC
