The name says it all- - - - - - - -March, 2023 VisitFor spring break we visited Corpus Christi, to enjoy a bit of sun and relaxation, and we enjoyed the trip.Corpus Christi is quite flat, and you can see quite a few Whataburger signs high above the trees as you drive around town. It's apparent that the high number of Whataburgers is due to Whataburger having started in Corpus Christi... unfortunately the original restaurant is no longer standing.We were hungry and decided to try some. The drive-though line was 10+ cars and moved quickly. The team taking orders and working the windows were friendly and professional.The food was good:- a tasty apple cranberry salad with balsamic - two double burgers (never frozen!) with all the toppings - and fries with lots of ketchup!- and an apple pieGood stuff!Thank you, What A Burger!

This location has left the fast food industry. Took 45 minutes to get a #1 Burger Meal. Pretty sure I can beat that time in any restaurant in the same area. Pitiful!!!

Drive thru is still bad, actually worse since they don't staff the drive thru lane properly and let the outside lane cut in line. Plan on a 30 minute wait for a burger in a heat warmer.

Drive thru was taking a bit of time so I swung around to walk in. I met Jamie behind the counter and she was a delight. She was extremely friendly and helpful and such a beautiful smile. I received my order quick and everything was hot and fresh and exactly as orde.

By far the worst location in town! They used to be the best but it appears they have all new employees that are clearly not trained properly. Every single order is wrong now, want to know why the line is so long, it's because every customer has to check their bag, find the incorrect order and have them correct it. And I'm sure just as many customers drive away to find out later their order is wrong. It's sad because it's near my house and now I have to drive further just to get my Whataburger! Please fix this!

This restaurant location is terrible. Multiple order have been screwed up. Having to always park & go inside for missing items. It's really unbelievable how it can go so bad for such small orders. We now refuse to go back to this location. Do yourself a big favor & avoid this place.

The lady handed me a drink with the lid half way on...Spilled all on myself and my truck. Didn't say sorry. Didn't say anything. How hard is it to make sure the lid is secured? Pitiful. Took 5 minutes to come back with knapkins. Un acceptable.

Service is so slow at this location. Omg. Seems beyond unorganized. The young people are nice and courteous although not trained or being mentored for prompt customer service. It's not their fault as they need solid leadership to teach them efficient prompt service. They have gotten my order wrong so many times. The folks at the window are always playing around while we sit at the window, wait, wait and more wait... Again where's the leader or manager? The wait time is unbelievable, so many times wanted to drive off without my food. Horrible horrible!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not order from this location. Unless desperate. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. Choose the Saratoga site. I have spoken to management about NUMEROUS errant orders. They just say SORRY. But I paid for the food I ordered to be delivered. They don't care. Avoid at all costs!!!!
