3 out of 3 fails.. now avoiding Whatabuger after this order. Ordered online, waited 15 mins for 2 breaks tacos and a tea. Order came and more tortilla then filling. Now, I'm waiting for them to remake it. Emily brought the order out after 5 more mins! 20 mins ridiculous

Never really had a problem at this location, but recently, it's been so bad. Long lines and constantly screwing up my orders. Does anyone that works here know how to read an order? I've watched pissed-off customers get mad, and I thought they were taking it too far, not know more. To much work for a crappy hamburger. Advice, go down the street to another location.

Went to the one in Rockport, just this morning, and I probably won't be going back. Long waits and terrible counter service. They did away with the Jalapeño Cheddar Breakfast Biscuit, which I loved. They've gone with greasy, pasty, grey, Super-Mercado sausage, which doesn't brown (Denny's did the same with their Santa Fe Skillet). At least they aren't constantly running out of coffee, anymore.

This is a pretty bad location. Customer service is horrible. They are rude and employees ignore you while you are standing up at the counter waiting to place your order. They are walking and talking fight in front of you but pretend you aren't there. This has already happen 4 times already. They usually have 4-6 employees on break sitting in a large table right next the counter talking loud and laughing and cussing...management Apparently doesn't care since they continue to allow it to happen.

50/50 chance you'll get what you ordered or it'll be completely off. Thanks for reading us back the order, making it wrong, charging us for items you left out of the bag, and shorting on the hash browns. Y'all need some coffee or an attitude boost this morning, especially the girl that gave us our order. Politeness goes a long way. ~Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of good crews there, sometimes it's great service. Just missed the mark today and almost every other day.

All I wanted was food. A simple Monterey melt and large sweet tea. Still sitting in the drive through waiting as i write this post. It's been 15 minutes and i still haven't paid. Update the car in front left without getting their food and I left too. This is sad. Drive thru is suppose to be quick.

Came on my 15 min break for breakfast, two cars ahead of me when I got there at 10:40. Line is moving so slowly I don't get to the window after ordering until 10:50, and then they only hand me my drink wordlessly while taking my card. 10:58, they ask me to pull to the front and they'll bring my food. Fine. Ten minutes go by, and I watch as several cars behind me go past and leave normally. Another ten minutes and still nothing from anyone besides my (incorrect) drink order and a charge to my card as I watch people park behind me and leave too. I realize by 11:23 they probably don't even have the breakfast items out anymore and leave without my order. Never in my life have I felt compelled to review anything but I must say- Horrible place and service!!

They short fry orders every single time. I mean look at this "large" order. This must be the 20th time this has happened. I always ask them to correct it and the managers do fix the issue. The employee serving the fries usually has an attitude about it. I haven't been served a proper serving of fries once at this Whataburger. So disappointing.
