This Whataburger is on Padre Island off of the main road and Jackfish Ave. Service is friendly and fast. I guess I am just not into Whataburger burgers very much. I ordered the regular burger and the jalapeno cheese and both were just okay. Not a big amount of flavor and the patty is super thin. The price is high to order just a burger ($6+) and I'm still hungry after. Also ordered a chocolate malt and a white chocolate raspberry malt. They both were soooooo sweet and didn't have too much flavor. I guess I am just not impressed. I would rather pay the same price for a different fast food chain.

Hey it's Whataburger. Today the burgers came out great. Had the double meat with fries and a drink. I like the consistency of their food. The location was very busy and food took a little while to come out but everything was great!

Solid service, and solid turnaround time on a decent size family order. Located conveniently on the island if you are staying at PINS or the state park. Food was cooked well and cooked correctly to order!

Didn't put bacon on my number five. Then got a barely there apology. Didn't get any napkins or ketchup. Whataburger prices include the ketchup so we should've at least gotten regular ketchup. The fact that whataburger has raised prices 12% in the last 6-8 months but we're getting sub standard service is an issue. Again the price includes what two ketchups for large fires? Didn't even get asked if we wanted any and no napkins or ketchup in the bag. This is a problem. Don't even think the bacon they put on my burger was throughly cooked enough. Customer service needs to be worked on and don't throw an apology over your shoulder not even looking at me. I wasn't even upset. But had I not noticed I would've been charged x amount more for bacon I wouldn't have gotten had I not noticed.

The food from is normally very well made. We always do take out. For some reason this night it just had a very off flavor. I'm not sure if they cooked it some type of way, but everything tasted nasty. (Bacon Burger, Jr.Whataburger, fries and onion rings). I normally would recommend though, I think it was just a bad day.

Slow in drive thru. Didn't follow request for no tomato in my chicken sandwich or graham crackers in kids meal. Cashier was friendly. It just seemed chaotic in the kitchen
