Ordered pancakes with bacon. Received the pancakes with bacon but no syrup or flatware. Had to repeat the order multiple times. Would help if employees took earbuds out so they can hear the order from the headset. And maybe employ some adults that might follow direction

Having never experienced this chain before my wife and I had mixed opinions regarding our burgers. She thought hers was just okay ( She truly is not a huge burger fan !) I thought my burger was very good and I guess I am the one writing so the chain gets a 4. As you can see from the photos, the burger buns were a bit smashed and not very eye appealing. I wish restaurant chains would do a better job of delivering burgers that look like their menu boards. We may try this chain another time...

I always visit Whataburger when I'm at the coast. This time I went to a new Location which was great. The staff was super friendly and our food came out quickly. I always get the double meat meal and it filled me up. I'll definitely come back to this Whataburger again

Ever since y'all sold out to a company outside of Texas, y'all have gone downhill. How do you forget gravy and then offer no solution when called out on it? It's a waste of gas to go back for it. My husband used to work for Whataburger and he said he would've remade the order another day. The strips are sad without the gravy.

I just got delivered an incomplete order. Called the restaurant and they said I have to talk to whoever delivered it (don't know who that is because I ordered through the Whataburger app. Tried texted the automated text for delivery status. It says I have to call the restaurant. Don't trust these thieves with your order.
