Hello again, old friend. I missed my neighborhood Whataburger, and I'm so happy to see you and your breakfast tacos again. Hope to see you again soon.There's not much to say about this Whataburger that hasn't been said about all the others, except that I missed it, and it was nice to get my Whataburger fix on this last Texas visit from the one I frequented the most when I lived nearby. Believe me, all you Texas cynics. You don't realize how great Whataburger is until you can only get it once a year, twice tops.

With only one person ahead of us we nearly waited 20 minutes for just a honey butter chicken biscuit meal. Employees were rude and unapologetic. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and not fresh at all. They were so dry and hard, they had obviously been sitting out for hours. The biscuit was cold as well. It was falling apart and soggy and they only put one small strip inside. I didn't even finish my meal it was so inedible. Terrible food. Terrible service. Will not be returning to this location.

Worst location ever. Walked in no one at the counter waited five minutes for someone to ask "have you been helped yet?" Which she clearly knew I haven't she saw me standing there the ENTIRE TIME! Ordered online waited over 20 minutes to get my order. The entire time I could see how completely unorganized they were laughing and joking around with each other while ordered piled up not being bagged and being left to sit and get cold. I've been to many Whataburger restaurants this is one I ask you avoid. The French fries are usually old, cooked in old grease, not cooked or too hard or just in general "hurl" worthy. I went back a couple times different days and times but it didn't seem to matter and I LOVE Whataburger fries! I once went to counter and ordered told manager on duty checking me out I hadn't had much luck with his restaurant and he seemed concerned that I got my order right but again the fries were just bad & I had no words just shook my head as I left about 5 minutes after receiving my food. Dumping it as I left.

Friendly service and my buffalo ranch sandwich with pickles added was delicious. There was a long line in drive thru but they took my order right away when i pulled up. They sent me to lane b. The manager herself brought my food. It was all hot still when i got home. This whataburger treats me right.

I went on Monday at 545...the workers acted like they did not care what so ever. My Grandma and I barely got any fries , both burgers were wrong. Please tell the workers if they are going to work in this field to have some empathy and care with the food they give out. If not then don't work there.

the worst experience ordered a #2 all the way waited 20 minutes with no one In the store then got the food in a bag with some disrespectful worker that threw the food on the table then a customer came in and ordered then asked one of the workers for something and the worker proceeded to ignore him and con about on his phone terrible staff and service

Went there to get some late night food. Didn't get any condiments. I guess I know it depends on the if they cooked the food right. But I payed to have fries with ketchup and it's just disappointing to not any of the condiments we wanted. Very disappointed. Sorry tried the burger the patty melted wasn't toasted and the bacon was half cooked. Well will not be going back to this whataburger. Oh well.
