Did curbside pickup and had a great experience. Got my order pretty quickly and was happy with the food. Ordered a Whataburger with grilled onions which was delicious. I am looking forward to going back for more.

This is my favorite location because of its consistentcy BUT today... Although service was quick and food was accurate, that was the most unfriendly visit I've had here yet. Even with a mask on, you could tell that her face was saying "I'm just here here to get a paycheck, move along". She also spoke so fast that accidentally responded with "whoa" before ordering and she proceeded to speed talk while asking for payment and telling em yo pull up (even tho drive thru was empty behind me)For management if you see this, I'm not about calling people out by name in reviews but I came in on Aug 6 at 5:08pm and a order # was 531123

I placed my order from the drive thru and they told me to pull up and wait. After 20 mins I had to get out and come back inside the store to remind about my "small fries" order. The employees look like they've been under influence because I can smell weed when I accidentally open the door. They immediately got nervous and asked me to close the door instantly. Sketchy. That's explains why they forgot my order

Went for a quick lunch as I was heading out of town to go home. The wait was pretty long. The drive thru line wrapped around the building and almost extended toward the street so I went inside. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. The staff was pleasant although the wait was not but if I am in the area I will come back.

Always cooked to order- where else can you tailor your burger to fit your idiosyncratic preferences? It's awesome! Great customer experience and service... the folks who work there are patient, attentive to detail, and friendly. The food was good, the dining was clean and the ambiance was comfortable and easygoing. An affordable option for individuals, couples or families. Great substitutions for healthier choices, special diets and children. Perfection will be achieved when they resurrect the What-A-Catch! The best fast food fish sandwich and fabulous alternative to beef.

Wow. I just went to the Whataburger on Yorktown and immediately regretted my decision. There was a mile long line in the drive thru and people were complaining inside the restaurant. They don't have their shit together at this restaurant. The young manager looks totally inept and people kept coming in saying their drive thru order had been screwed up. Is a burger worth this chaos? HmmmmI think not.
