Oh Wendy's in Corpus, How come you are so crappy?First the manager had to call the cashier person to wait on meShe messed up the order and didn't include the extra condimentsWhen I went back to get them added they were too busy to help me fix my orderI was looking at the frosty machine and the counter by it. These are as old as the Wendy's itself. Machine was beat up, counter had cracks and pieces missingLobby has holes in the floor where the railings used to be.Overall I feel like the management doesn't want to present a nice place to eat or take your familyLeft this Wendy's too. The one at Spid and Airline is the worst, this is second. Goodbye Wendys I've had enough.

So I wish somebody would explain to me how much this sense makes.So being visually impaired/Blind i have no car since i can not drive at this moment. So i try the dinning room, nope locked. So I said okay let le go to the window and order since I gave no car and they won't know I'm there waiting. So I get to the window and the lady tells me how can I help you,? I said I do not drive since I'm visually impaired/blind is the dinnin room available? She said "No. And you can NOT order at the window." So i said i can not? And she said " For safety reasons". So I walked back to walmart to wait for the paratransit bus.How in the world is it not safe that I have a mask, I am outside and what would he the difference if I was on a car my hand is still reaching out for my bag. I get the while covid thing but if other retardants can do dinning room to a limit why can wendy's not? They are basically turning away business in a time when businesses need support.I am very dissatisfied with them. I usually come here with somebody who can bring me to walmart but today I was on my own.

I got a chili and it didn't taste like it usually does and now I'm sick as a dog and running to the bathroom -the onions for the chili stink like sour onions --won't be going back

Went for an evening dinner and they got my wife's order out immediately and mine...they seem to have overlooked the order. Other's after me got their food and we'd ordered to go. Manager noticed we were still sitting there and he came out to ask if we were still waiting on something...I told him "yeah...my order." He went back and found it in the system and then it was brought to us in a few minutes. He made the excuse that he needed to get the crew to sync up better....no kidding!!. This location just continues to suffer from terrible service.

Air conditioning not working, all tables filthy, missing several drink flavors, staff rude

This is the 2nd time going here. I thought I'd give it another try, but they still keep getting everything wrong. I don't live close to here, but every few months my granddaughter has a Drs. appt. close to here. The order was all messed up and even when they corrected it , it was still messed up. Everybody else there's orders were also messed up. Also when I took my granddaughter to the restroom, the floor was so slippery, we were sliding all over the place! I showed this to an employee and she just looked at me, confused, and did nothing. No sign was put up concerning the floor. Last time going to this one, will be going to the one closer to my home on Ayers Street.

ZERO STARS - Ordered a Baconator combo and Baconator fries upgrade. Ended up getting a regular burger and when returned the food the Cook or any employee for that matter did not apologize and I was given the FU face and attitude as he tossed the wrong burger in the garbage. As I waited for my order to be corrected the Baconator fries sat on my tray at the counter and got cold. They finally got my burger remade and returned my burger and old fries. Well that was the last straw. unfortunately they also did not give me a receipt so that I could reference that back to the Wendy"s corporate office. I tossed all the food in the garbage and left. Enjoy my money you kept because I wont be back.

For reference today is December 4th and they sent us home with stale month old chips, it makes me wonder what else they are serving that's expired

Do not come here.. We just left and when we got our frosty's there was a gap between the lid and the milk shake when we said something she told us they were full then slammed the window in our face very rude. I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have too

Food was hot and fresh, I got spicy nuggets and they were great. Frosty's were cold. Service was fast, and I got what I came for. 5 stars
