Wendy's

I hardly ever complain but when I do it's always a good reason. All I wanted today was some friggin Ghost Pepper Fries. I don't even care that they got my drink wrong, but when I opened the bag to get the ghost pepper fries, they were not what I was looking forward to. They gave me Bacon Cheedar fries. Don't get me wrong I love them usually but I was craving and anticipating the Ghost Pepper Fries and I was absolutely let down. Thanks for nothing and I really hope you get your Sh!t together guys. This was not cool. I was really sad about this.

Totally remodeled Wendy's. Great customer service. Very friendly manager and staff. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! We stopped here on our way back to Austin from beach camping. My kids love Wendy's! This one stood out for the cleanliness and good service!

I ordered chili through the drive through this evening and received several cracker packets that have been chewed through by what I can only assume to be rodents. Absolutely disgusting. Beware of this notoriously unsanitary store.

This place blows! My fries were already cold and my family got their food correct except that I did not get my baconator. I've seen other customers come and go and still I wait. Poor service and poor management. I can see why Wendy's is disappearing and closing so many stores recently. I will NOT be coming back here again.

The chain of Wendy's is great. Just not this location. Went through the drive through and it took 4 attempts to tell her I wanted a #8 spicy (chicken sandwich) with a green tea, fries and drink medium size. I pulled up and was handed a small tea. I retold my order to the lady at the window who apologized and made it a medium. She asked for me to pull forward, which gave the team an additional 5 minutes to screw up my order. She came out gave me the bag and sent me on my way. 4 miles down the road I open the bag and Wha lah! A burger and small fries. Not only did I get a $3 meal for $8.50 they didn't even get the animal right. I tried to call and let them know but the phone was busy... probably from some ticked off person for getting a spicy chicken sandwich. Remember these are the idiots that think they are worth $15/hr....Wendy's is good. This location is terrible and a must avoid.

Dirty rest room and Service was little slow for no one being there ! The food was good but got it's all cold ! Won't be going there again

Worst food ever. Ordered a #1 and received a dollar burger and dollar (chicken sandwhich?). Didn't find out until I got home. And here I thanked them for staying open when the power went off. I seriously doubt they checked inventory after the power came back on. This place should be renovated or closed but it's a disgrace to the franchise.

I'll start off by saying that it's Wendy's so we can't expect a whole lot...I ordered a baconator combo, chicken sandwich combo, and kids cheeseburger combo. All for $25 What did they miss? Only gave me 1 fry out of the 3.No kids milkNo kids toy (per kids combo) Once again, it's only Wendy's but c'mon

While ordering my food, the two little Mexican girls were rushing me to order and proceeded to hang up mid order, I pull up to the window and clarify if they got my order right due to being cut off and she says yes. These two girls then proceed to have a nasty and unwarranted attitude and tell me to pull up to wait for my order, I get my food and it's completely wrong and didn't add any sauce as I stated. I walk into the store and the manager comes up, I state my order is wrong and the little Mexican girl comes up and says "what's wrong with it" with a ghetto attitude. The manager tells her the order was wrong and she laughs about it and walks off. The manager was cool and got it squared away quick but as far the employees. They need to hire some new staff. If those two hood rats don't like working fast food, they should look for a different job that doesn't deal with customer service.

i got the saddest bacon fries ever. i ordered them thinkingn i was going to get cheesy fries with bacon bits. im so dissapointed.
