Wendy's

The food was fine but the service was bad they got our order wrong. We tried calling but the kept declining the calls and we tried texting too and they kept ignoring us. No recommend.

Service was 100% lacking in this visit. We pulled up to the drivethru and the only thing the person said was "what can I get you?". Kinda shocked at the abruptness, I made the order "We just need 3 large frosties please". They responded with silence. I stated "that will be all", so they then said "pull up". As we pulled to the window, I just looked at my husband and mouthed "someone's having a bad day". Well it continued. They opened the window and held out their hand. By this point, I wanted to prove a point. I asked "what is the total for the order?". She turned to look at register then turned and stated the total. Price only. She hands me my card and shuts the window. A few minutes later, she opens the window, hands us out frosties and shuts the window.... not a single word. I had to knock on the window to ask for spoons. This place has gotten better from two years ago with an incident I had with them. In my opinion they will never be a 5 star because of that incident.The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a guy there who i try to flirt with and I think he flirts back but not sure.Anyway tjey sometimds hive me free stuff if it is eight after breakfast. Clean resturant abd bathrooms.

It's fast food... not the best quality, not the best type of food... but it's ok. The customer service through the drive threw leaves little to be desired.

I ordered through the drive thru and went home to eat. I was eating and looking at Facebook when i noticed that it was cool and thought it was the tomato .When it kept getting cooler i looked at the sandwich and saw that it was raw. I got sick and Threw it up . IMG_0520.JPG

Sticky carpet, worse than a movie theater. This place is rundown. Food was not up to "Wendy's quality".

Been here a few times and it's never impressed me with speed of service or higher quality than other Wendy's, but it is consistently good and reliable in my experience. There is one I avoid like the plague, but it's not this one.It's clean, usually fairly busy, but always capable of keeping up the consistency of service and quality.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! got the wrong ordered delivered so I brought the order I received and asked for my order. Guy on the line kept saying why and that it wasn't his fault I got the wrong food. We went at 9pm they weren't even busy looked like a manager who made my food in a pink long sleeve like shirt and was mad the whole time making it! Then I get my food and it's all made completely wrong! Never again will I go to this establishment only giving it one star to make sure this post! don't go to this business

I had a great experience with the crew that took my order. They were fast, kind, and efficient.
