This is a great group. They are fair, look out for their customer on warranty claims, fast with their service, responsive, keep the customer updated on boat status, and great at what they do. Highly recommend them!

Apparently they used to be good. But not anymore. We should have listened to our local boat owning friends and avoided this place. Lies, takes forever, doesn't do what they said they'd do, months now and our motor still doesn't work. Not even for a second.

We just purchased a 17'Grizzley boat and trailer with a motor. We could not be happier with the service and information we received. Whatever were told would happen, is what happened and in a very timely manner. They had all our paperwork ready for us when we went into the dealership to complete the sale. The boat was tested and was ready in less than a week. Highly recommend them for all your boating needs.

Waypoint is the best of the best! They're a family business that really takes care of people. Their Customer Service is incredible, when you're dealing with them on a purchase, maintenance, anything, they really care about what they're doing and the product they're providing. They start early, stay late, and go the extra mile on everything. It's really refreshing to see people running a business the right way!!!!!!
