Don't let this dealership screw your paperworkup! Read it and then read it over again! It's sadthat someone has to say that because you shouldbe able to trust your dealer. We were under theimpression we were signing to finance thevehicle. After asking to make sure we were notsigning a lease, we were wrongfully informed. Andmonths later we found out we are under a leasecontract by another Volkswagen dealership! Wewere told we would be able to fix the issue and Idrove all the way down from San Antonio just tobe told "It's too soon to do anything." Afterconsistently calling to speak with Rene prior tomaking this trip and leaving messages about theissue but never got a call back. I could've beennotified about this over the phone without havingto waste my time driving all the way down hereand taking time off from work! Very dissatisfiedwith this dealership.

Joseph in the service department is phenomenal. My car needed the brake and coolant systems flushed as well as a wheel speed sensor and Joseph was the most helpful person through the whole process. He was responsive to my calls and any questions I had. He was also willing to work with me when I was in a tight time frame leaving town for a move. I did not buy the car from VW Corpus but I absolutely do recommend the service department.

We would like to give a huge shout out to Johnny Roberts and Brandon. We were on our way back home to San Antonio and had a blow out on our 5th wheel. We were allowed to pull into the parking lot and change the tire. On an even louder shout out, Brandon brought out his impact therefore making it easier to change out the tire. Bought a used Atlas here last year. Sales process was fine. They made a lot of promises but as soon as we signed the paperwork, amnesia set in. There were deep scratched in the windshield, almost like someone ran the wipers for hours with no wiper blades. They said bring it in anytime and we will replace it. We called to schedule an appointment and they said they would let us know when the new windshield was available so we could bring it in. Went back and forth for about a month, then finally they said "bring it in". We dropped our vehicle off on a Friday, and planned on picking it up on Monday.A week later, we were still getting the run around about having to calibrate the rain sensors. Finally, the car is ready for pick up. We get to the dealership, and it still has the same windshield in it, with the same scratches! Looks like they tried to polish them out??? Talked to the service manager and showed him it OBVIOUSLY wasn't replaced. Our registration sticker was still on the windshield!!!!! He lied and told us they had a "special" way of removing the sticker and placing it on the new windshield. Guess they removed the scratches and placed them on the new one also. Finally I went and talked to the sales manager and told him to FIX IT! They finally agreed to replace the windshield "again". The windshield actually did get replaced this time, but funny how my registration sticker was gone. I ask them where it went and they told me it gets thrown away with the old windshield. What about that magic method of removing it? Well that is behind us now.When purchasing the car, we got a great speech about how we are not just purchasing a vehicle, we are purchasing a level of service like no other. They said, if you ever have vehicle issues, and must bring your car in for service, we will give you a loaner so you can go on with your life while we take care of it.Sounds nice right?!?! Well, we have been in for a few issued now, and I have never seen this loaner.They have offered to give us a ride home, but we keep finding ourselves stuck borrowing or renting a vehicle to get through the week. I could go on about the scratches they "repaired", but did not repair, and just added swirl scratches in the paint, or other service related issues, but I think you get the point.Bottom line, if you decide to buy a vehicle from this dealership, make sure everything that they promise is in writing. No integrity here.

It was my third time coming to get regular maintenance on my vehicle and, as usual, I was greeted kindly and quickly checked in. I decided to try and show up right at 8am, hoping the early arrival would decrease my wait time for the oil change and inspection. After waiting for about an hour, I got the inspection video that recommended a few services for my vehicle that are encouraged at certain mileage milestones. I agreed to a few of the services, and those took about two hours. I was brought over to pay for the services and waited a few minutes as the cashier tried to pull up the order number. She said that the internet had crashed. After calling a manager over, they discovered the mouse was unplugged. I was only then notified their card reader was broken and they would have to enter my payment manually. I agreed, and proceeded to wait a few more minutes while the cashier kept typing, clicking, looking at my receipt, and profusely clicking. She then informed me that her point of sale system crashed and asked if, by chance, I had cash on hand. I was surprised because the total for services rendered was not, to me, a common amount of cash one would just 'have on hand.' After answering no, I was met with confusion as though it was suddenly on me to remedy the situation. The individual that had been handling my check in and check out process asked who I bank with and if the bank was nearby. He then said he would drive me to the bank, and I insisted that I drive my car with him in it. I got the money and went back to pay and drop off the employee that came as collateral.This would have been a one star review were it not for my previous two, average-wait and issueless visits. It took a tremendous amount of patience and understanding to agree to driving to get money out of my bank. I get things happen, but boy was this was the strangest service experience I have ever had.
