Front Desk is consistently so void of compassion and so rude. this is my third pregnancy and I have moved from San Antonio, I had a small private clinic with my first and a very large clinic with my second both of which I felt like family, you were treated with humanity there. At this clinic you are treated so badly. I have tried to make the best of it but now in my third trimester I cringe going to this clinic because of how rude these front desk women are. It's a horrible feeling in a vulnerable stage of life.

Dr. Torres is great! Very professional and kind. Alot of Google reviews are not great for this place, but I never had a problem here. They can get backed up and slow and I have had long waits. But the care itself was good. The nurses are knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Suarez is extremely rude, unable to listen or hear his patients out and enjoys talking over them. He is not genuinely concerned with his patients and will tell you he cares while he continues to ask you questions and talks over your response. If you enjoy feeling like you're not being heard, like being talked over, and being interrupted, Dr. Suarez is the doctor for you. Best wishes to all of his unfortunate patients.

If you have and appointment make sure you have all day cause that's what it's gonna take. Idk if they over schedule or just don't care but I had an appointment at 3:00 got there at 2:45 and i am writing this review at 4:05 and the only thing that has been done is they have taken my weight and bp. the ladies that i've seen so far were nice but i'm freakin hungry and the wifi is bad so all i can really do is write this review until they take me back. The girl next to me has been here for three hours because they put her in the wrong waiting room. i might just leave cause omg this is taking too long. like it would be different if i was a walk-in but this was a scheduled appointment. Also bad on privacy the girl previously mentioned was brought to their little testing room which is right next to the waiting room and it has no doors so i now know her full name and that she is getting tested for HIV. 4:15 still waiting. update 4:20. update 4:35

Strange place. This was going to be my first visit. They asked me to arrive 20 minutes early, even though I had already filled out the paperwork. I arrived early and waited....and waited... and waited. The lady's at the front desk ignored me. They were texting on thier cell phones and giggling. Never acknowledged my presence until 45 minutes later when someone screamed my name and asked me if I knew I had a copay. Then I sat down and waited again. Was finally told the doctor had left for an emergency and they had no idea when he would be back . I was told by a heavily made up lady with huge dried out, multi colored hair to "reschedule if you got something to do". I had already waited 1 1/2 hours and their were 7 other women in the waiting room for the same doctor. The office looked nice, but the staff, with the exception of one lady, looked like they were wearing Halloween make up and obviously had no training in customer service. If they would have called me and said the doctor was running late I would have finished my work. They seem to treat patients rudely and the heavy make up, long fake nails and huge costume jewelry worn by staff looks unsanitary. It leads me to worry about nososomial infections. I left without being seen, and they would not refund my copay.
