How is this place in the business of having birthday parties?? Few issues! It should be policy, seeing as I'm paying for a service to show up and allow the party to be set up? We have a party scheduled and the door is locked?? 10 minutes before the part starts as people are cruising in? Second, arriving 10 minutes before a birthday party almost seems cruel seeing as how hot is was. It would make sense to allow arrival with plenty of time and cool this massive warehouse where kids will be getting sweaty in?? Third, why offer the option to add time to the party and then when asked if possible, the reply given is "Well I have somewhere to be.." sounds like your problem not mine. If you wanna be in business, come through with the services you offer and advertise.
