Variety Meats

They have "poor quality meat market employee service". Their meat market employee's have "Several Times" been asked to remove the extra fat and membrane from the fajita only to find that 6 lbs of fajita still had 1 1/2 lbs of fat still on there. Even when "He was Twice was specifically asked if the extra fat was removed! His answer was "Yes" and it wasn't! I also found that the quality of meat was tough and dry! I've found this problem several times!

Very disappointed on tamales from Variety meats. they've always been really good, this year they were flavorless, no filling at all, it pretty much just masa. They were really expensive too, 11 dls a dozen. Last time i buy tamales from them for sure!!
