Vale's Restaurant

This is a new Mexican restaurant, and we decided to try it for Sunday Easter breakfast. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so that was nice. There was a wonderful hand painted mural on one wall. The menu is typical Mexican breakfast items, not a large selection. The coffee was excellent. The handmade tortillas, both flour and corn, are perhaps some of the best we have ever had. The refried beans on the side were thick and topped with queso fresco. The green avocado sauce was excellent, and not very hot at all. We were quite pleased we found this restaurant. It will be our new hang out on Sunday mornings.
