Have to give a shout out to USS Chefs (which also operates The Galley Restaurant). They catered an event for us and did a marvelous job! Zelina communicated extensively leading up to the event, made sure every menu item was fresh and delicious, had attentive servers, made repeated rounds to pick up trash, and kept the kitchen spotless the whole night. Tremendous job! Thanks for giving us a stress-free night.
