US Post Office

I am so tired of our mail service. I was supposed to have received a package today that required signature. I received a text notice that they tried to deliver & there was no recipient at this address & they left a notice. I was here waiting for delivery & there was no delivery attempted nor was notice left at this address.

These guys rock, always moving that square line along super fast.Now remember folks, let them know if you have perishables, liquids, batteries, etc.... P.O. Boxes AvailableGift Wrapping, Stamps, Etc... all your post office needs.They close at 5PM don't be late

The service is substandard. The staff is not friendly nor helpful in any way. The few times I have been there it's like I am bothering them. The Flour Bluff station has friendlier staff.

The post office doesn't get much positive press so I wanted to help change that vision. I messed up an address. Tried calling vendors and online services to help. Finally decided to go to the source. So thankful I did! Morgan at the front desk was kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. She helped me track the packages, make the changes in the system and passed on to her supervisor who called the driver and then me within 20 minutes. Grateful that my packages have now arrived and the changes needed were made. It's all about relationships. These folks were awesome! Way to go USPS!

You are not attempting to deliver my package! Both times I have sitting in the living room (in silence because I am working from home) and the package wasn't delivered. Twice you have said no one was here but you aren't even knocking on the door, I'm so close I would hear you speak if you even said my name. Theres no doorbell so how are you notifying customers you are at the door? This is very unprofessional. Not only has this happened twice with this package. It has happened before about a month ago. This is a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE and a LIABILITY for me when you say you are attempting to deliver packages when, in truth, you aren't.Wish I could give you 0 stars!

First of all my daughter went Saturday to pick up her boxes I mailed her and was told someone picked them up on Wednesday with thr slip that thr post man put her her door of her apartment! Thr post office did NOT check and ID or phone number of thr person that picked up my kids gifts soThey walked out with her things! Then the post office front desk person acted like oh well when she questioned why no ID was checked! So then I told my daughter to write a review on Saturday on Yelp and she was called by the post master her and basically not accused her she f picking up the box on Wednesday and if it wasn't her maybe one of her friends or family members! First of all she has zero family in Corpus! She was told if they go back and look at the security from last Wednesday would they see her my daughter is r someone she knew picking up the package?! He said the inspector would be involved in this. So Saturday she got no call back! Monday nothing! So what's the deal?! Is it common for her to expect a his kind of service in Corpus?! I mailed my kid items she needs for her job as a nurse for covid! I want this addressed! Also I have tried to call and let it ring 20 mins non stop Saturday and today Zero answer.

God help the people who work here. My birthday gift from my mom was stolen because the employees here did not check identification for a person to pick up a package from here. It's very sad that they can get away with things like that is literally your job. Very disappointed that the post man never delivered the package in the first place and left the packing slip somewhere for anyone to grab. Shame on everyone involved. Will never have packages delivered by this local post office ever again. Everyone in the front should be fired.

i don't think this guys wants to deliver mail too much. I have a package from overseas that came to 78412 and instead of delivering to my house, it went to Waco Texas.
