US Post Office

What kind of post office has really hard to read signs out front, no outside post box, and is missing their American flag? The Aransas Pass post office is doing a pretty lax job of keeping up appearances around here. This place just looks old. Everything just looks incredibly worn down, like they haven't cleaned or remodeled this place since stamps cost a quarter. They had a drop off box inside the building. Nobody wants to get out of their air conditioned car and go inside some crummy government building! Put one of those blue mailboxes outside for us! A stamp machine would also be nice. This place needs to get it together.

This is probably the worst post office I've ever dealt with. The previous review is correct regarding the terrible signage making it hard to find. Customer service is terrible as well! Avoid this location if possible.

This has got to be the most negative and bad vibes post office I've ever been into. it sure appears to me the postmaster there has some serious bad attitude issues. During a recent interaction I had with him and a silver haired staff member, he had a real need to punish me verbally for a mistake I made buying some stamps with my credit card. I found his behavior toward me bullying, self righteous and arrogant. I perceive him as being a real angry bitter man. I'm not sure what he's doing there working with the public. No wonder many Aransas pass community members remark on the bad attitude of certain staff members there, it starts with the boss.

Don't bother making online appointments for passports they ignore them and refuse to honor them. They talk down to you like you're the ignorant. This place needs to be audited for gross negligence and incompetence.

I cannot tell you how many times our postal carrier has delivered someone else's mail to my mailbox. I am so tired of delivering mail for these incompetent mail carriers. And what is worst is that they don't care. They are just there for a paycheck. The lady in the office is rude. I have gone in to complain and she won't get anybody for you to talk to. It is a waste of my tax dollars to pay any of these people at the Aransas Pass Post Office.
