UP IN SMOKE B-B-Q

A little BBQ shack that treats meat right. They season to bring out natural flavors without overpowering it with spices. The smoke flavor is perfect and the meat is moist. I had to leave a review because it was amazing. - The prices are right too! Good local small business!!!

Large Baked Potato so tasty they pack it with everything that goes plenty of butter. sour cream ,cheese ,chives and Brisket YUMMY

The food was so delicious! Two of us had the three meat special and two of us had the brisket potato. All of it was so tasty and the meats cooked to perfection! The people were so attentive as well! Next time we pass through town, we will sure hit this place!

One of the best bbq places in this area. The baked potato with toppings is delicious. Great prices and quick service.

First time at Up In Smoke. A throwback to a simpler time. I had the #1 which was recommended by an old timer ahead of me. A brisket sandwich, chips and a drink. The beef was excellent, not too dry and not moist, just right. Primarily a to-go place, hence only 5 tables. The pit was still lit and smoking. The place is near downtown Robstown but the freeways now bypass it, so it feels like it's a little detour to get there if you're traveling in the area.

A stop at Up In Smoke is worth a little detour off of US 77 in Robbstown. We had the loaded potato with brisket and a brisket and rib plate. The potato was huge, and they weren't stingy with the brisket. The meat was tender and flavorful with a nice amount of smoke. The sides were great too, Up In Smoke isn't fancy- picnic table seating and styrofoam service, but the food does not disappoint!

We came in with 11 people on a road trip, this was our first stop for BBQ in TX and it did not disappoint. All of our kids loved everything. Friendly service, fast service and incredible flavors

Brisket, sausage and Ribs perfectly cooked, not too much smoke. Do let the storefront fool you, they have indoor seating.

Amazing! Friendly staff, place to sit, and the best bbq in south Texas. The meat was so rich, it didn't need sauce! Potato salad was also amazing, and everything was homemade with care. Highly recommended!
