United States Post Office

After having a horrible experience at a different location trying to get a new passport.. this location I'll definitely be coming back to. Raul was kind and helpful, didn't rush me and made sure I had everything I needed.

We arrived from a place far away, i had a to squeeze in time for this from my tight schedule. First off, they have no copy machine at a post office, what is that? That's not even the reason why i left a bad report. They made us go somewhere else to print it, we obliged. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:45, we came back from copying our papers at 2:48. Three minutes late. Just cause of these three late minutes he refused to help us. All my planning and time wasted. If i knew there was no copy machine, of course i would've copied before hand. The people here are horrible and inconsiderate.

After dropping my daughter off at the Junior Highschool I decided to stop by the post office to see if I had any mail from my old address because we recently moved and I'm not getting mail at the new address even though I've done everything that was required. I believe that they thought that I was telling lies about something especially the young man that was working next to the lady that was helping me because he was watching me the whole time. To be clear I was once an employee of the Post Office in Dallas Texas and I don't recall any of us making people feel uncomfortable while being at our place of employment because customer service was very important to us . I have been using that location for 3 years and never once did I feel uncomfortable . Maybe it's because the people that was there before was so nice and sweet and one particular lady that was there would go out of her way to help you and make sure you understood everything . Even if I move back to that area I will most likely do everything online so that I won't have to step foot back in that office . Again I don't know if it's the way the workers operate here in South Texas because I'm not originally from here because it seems that numerous locations in Corpus and the one in Portland needs to work on customer service. Maybe I need to try and get a contract with the Postal Service and go from place to place here and train the employees. And also one last thing this review doesn't have anything to do with the carrier whatsoever.
