I don't really have anything to compare to because it has been 16 years since I updated my CPAP, however Ultima was extremely nice and very understanding of my situation. They were respectful and assisted me greatly in making the decision to update my machine. Everyone who helped me from initial call to setting up the appointments to working with my doctor to machine pickup and setup was fantastic. Well done!
