My mother was here for a rehab stay and they did a great job of building up her strength. They did just what they promised.

My mother was sent there for Re hab. My mom is very quiet and sweet. The nurses were rude and rarely seen. Never heard about her progress in re hab. Then, they lost all of her clothes! How can that happen? They never got them all back to us and my mother has very nice clothes. They even sent someone else's clothes home. Never once did they ask to compensate me for the clothes that were never returned. This place looks nice but looks are deceiving

Terrible experience. Family member in skilled nursing unit for three months. He was not treated well. Had one care plan meeting and the response was he can do more for himself. He is 84 with COPD and CHF. He was fed sandwiches for dinner at least two nights a week. He has no strength or endurance. Waste of time and a whole lot of money.Will not return there ever!

Dont judge the book by its cover. The worst care i have ever seen. A friend went in with a broken knee for rehab. He ends up in the hospital with a 7 inch wound to the bone and another on his heel. Hospital said he should have been brought to them a month ago. They covered it up with a bandage and never told us. Will never look at this place again. I give this over priced place a big 0. They would jump him for crying for help every morning and tell him to shut up you are not the only person here. So Sad. He will be lucky to live from this.
